Ordered a hoodie off of them it came in a day late but it was because of the mail itself was having problems because there was a snowstorm where I live but it came in very quickly still and I’m not gonna blew my expectations it was super good quality and fit me perfectly as well the size guide is pretty accurate highly recommend super stylish clothes

this is my second time buying from this place and you know the first time was a bad enough experience the second time is even a worse experience if you are form Uk i dont recommend buying any items from this company the clothes are nice but not worth it. first the returns policy is shite similar to the response back from the company secondlly the import charges are bollox and you are not informed before hand.

Received my item and didn’t fit…
Received my item and didn’t fit properly, so applied for a return label, sent my package back within the 14 days return policy, for them to then send it back to me saying there wasn’t a invoice inside which, I put the invoice inside.
Tried to contact them and no answer shock.

We're sorry to hear about this problem. However we didn't send any item back to your address because there was no invoice in it, but this probably is done by the customs from your country.
We never even received your return back at our warehouse, so it's impossible that we send your item back.

It is a scam
Terrible customer service, I paid 306 pounds for a denim jeans and a Jean jacket for my husband as a birthday gift mid December.
They send only the jacket and even though it was stating free shipping, I had to pay 40 euros for the UPS to deliver.
I was so disappointed but I felt vulnerable as long as I live in the UK and they are based at Netherlands and I was afraid to cancel that maybe I'd loose my money.
I send them emails multiple times and I only had one response that they can see that the jeans have not been send and they have had a restock and they'll send it asap.
20 days now it has not been send( I would get notification from the ups that it was on transit) and Noone is answering my emails.
I don't know how they treat clients that live in Netherlands, but please please please if you are in the UK like me
DONT BUY ANYTHING from this company they are untrustworthy, i feel so sad that I have been treated so bad and I spend so much money.

First of all we would like to apologize for the inconvenience for the delay. The jeans wasn't in stock, so we already shipped the jacket.
The new stock is delayed in size 40, but we will defenitly receive this soon (latest next week). Than we will ofcourse ship your order immediately.
We already contacted you to compensate for the longer wait. Ofcourse we understand that this is not the service you'd expect from us.
About the import costs that UPS charged, this is because of the Brexit of the UK. Unfortunately we can't resolve this, because this amount isn't charged by us.
We hope that you will receive your jeans asap!
