Using Selank nasal spray. Game changer for anyone with anxiety. My nervous system is stuck in fight or flight. I've tried all kinds. From head zappers, adaptogens, cannabis oil (super strength), pilates, whole plant diet, HRT, to vagal nerve simulators... probably loads more that I can't think of... Trusted company. Key was the audit trail … QR code on vial directly back to the testing lab to see the test certificate. So reassuring and then the service was excellent (easy to use website plus delivery was quick and on time. Then small touches like the packaging was so well put together.
