LOVE this software, so easy to use as a first time podcaster, only had two issues and the customer service team was great! They answered promptly, kindly and did everything they could to solve my issues!

As someone just starting out creating my own YouTube channel & Podcast I had no idea what I was doing. Riverside has been a life saver. It helps me edit like I know what I am doing ( I don't). It takes my Podcast and creates 10 of the best short clips using AI that lets me pick the length of the short. For someone like me with limited tech skills Riverside has been a dream come true. I organize all my videos & Podcast inside Riverside. I use all the features to increase the quality of the sound, edit the little ums, oh etc. out using one button its incredible, Constant updates with new features means I will be a lifelong customer. The best software I am currently using by a lot.

Riverside.fm makes hosting, recording and editing my podcast so easy and super fast. I have very limited editing experience and Riverside.fm's interface makes everything a breeze. Once I got all my brand elements uploaded to the service, I can now record and edit my podcast in no time. This really is a no-brainer, if you're looking for a place to start recording and you only have a basic recording setup, Riverside.fm is for you.

I am a novice wanna be video podcaster who researched many different companies before deciding to use Riversidefm as my podcast home. As I learn & run into difficulties from time to time, Riverside’s customer Service has been helpful & timely. I enjoy the ease of use when recording & how easy it is to edit & upload.

Incredible recording tool. My favorite feature is the text preview that you can highlight and it takes you to the exact spot in the video to edit.

Our podcast came from using a different platform where we had to use discord as our video feed. When we switched to Riverside.fm, it was a night and day difference in quality! There are alot of tools at my disposal and local recording produces great quality videos! It's a bit on the expensive side but you get what you pay for and I love using it for our podcast!

Making content on this platform is very easy. It can definitely use improvements, such as better display of videos under projects since I ALWAYS have to click show more, but it's helped me and my clients tremendously.

I have tried several platforms for my podcast, and I have found each lacking — except Riverside. It is a powerful tool, with amazing customer service to boot. Thank you for all you do for us creative types!!

Overall a good platform. Recording is easy and good quality, but the editing is buggy and not always intuitive. If they continue to invest in the user-friendliness of editing, it'll only get better.

I recently started a podcast and without the intuitive user interface there is no way I would be able to record and edit in minutes. The releases keep getting better with more advanced features but still keeping the user experience simple. The support has also been excellent when you are trying to determine what may have gone wrong.

They made a product that makes recording high quality remote videos doable.

While the interface could be better and more intuitive - it does exactly what I need it to. And that is record UHD and HD video with clients around the country.

When making the switch from audio only podcast to now including video - Riverside was a great choice! We had never utilized the video recording so when we found out that not only could we do the recording directly on Riverside BUT it would automatically create "magic clips" that we could share on social media AND let us create a brand so our audience would recognize our digital footprint AND add intros/outros/text/cc/and more - it was a clear winner! It is extremely easy to edit and make changes and it has been very user friendly - would highly recommend for those -like me - who are average when it comes to being tech-savvy. Riverside makes me feel confident and helps boost my abilities in helping my podcast have a bigger reach.

I'm a podcast virgin, quite literally. I did my research and landed on Riverside. It has been user-friendly and fun to work with. I've not had any issues; knock on wood. 28 episodes in!

Fantastic tool for podcasting - very easy to use, ideal for a small start up but with all kinds of helpful elements. Definitely recommended.

I'm fairly new to Riverside, but have had really good experiences so far. The platform is user-friendly and the features are largely intuitive, so it's not a huge learning curve if you have ever used another video call platform. I love the multi-track recording--editing is so much easier when you can adjust individual tracks as needed. Riverside was recommended to me several times and I have already recommended it to others!

I have been using Riverside for about two months now. I use it to prerecord and edit content for YouTube with guests all around the country. I absolutely love the AI Short generation tool as it has saved me many hours of work. I was using StreamYard before, but had too many glitches with it and then the price went up so I decided to try Riverside. I wasn't sure what to expect but Riverside easily has a ten times better experience than StreamYard does in my opinion having used both. Riverside is more user friendly and has way more options and less glitches. I won't be looking anywhere else for a streaming platform. Additional note: I was afraid after the trial period that the software would run worse, but it hasn't. I love Riverside!!

I have tried a bunch of streaming/recording options and Riverside has been best by far. I've had no recording issues, the recording quality is great. It's also got the best editor, we can get the visuals, audio and cut it to length or add lower thirds right inside Riverside, we wouldn't even need to export it to Premiere but we do and it integrates so easily. Anyways, it saves a bunch of time and I've had great recordings from it.

Riverside is by far the best podcasting tool on the market. As a podcast producer, I've tried all of them, and Riverside is the one I recommend to my clients. It's intuitive, and records great sound and video. When there is a random issue, the customer service is always top-notch.

So many technical issues that cause recordings to fail mid-way through. Technical support have a super annoying bot and it takes too long to speak to an agent. When you do get through, they never seem to help right away, but go away and reply on email. Not good enough when you are relying on getting videos out quickly. I would not recommend them on my experience

Zero experience in film editing and have only been used to making videos from my phone. The system has so much to it but is easy to use and understand, and with the help of all its tools and AI, my videos look professionally done!
