Unfortunately the lip oil has that vague "sunscreen smell or taste" that makes me a bit nauseous. I was really hoping to avoid that with this product from Riversol.
Great applicator shape to the tube though. Nice tint too.

It took a long time to find a skincare product that didn’t inflame my sensitive skin. I tried a few Riversol products after receiving a sample pack six years ago and have been a regular customer ever since. My particular favourite is the anti aging trio for sensitive skin…excellent! The ease of ordering is another plus.

I have very dry skin & I am in the throes of a whole body allergic reaction. I have to wait until January of 2027 to see an Allergist. When all the trouble with the US started, I searched for a Canadian skin care company & found Riversol. I have been using their products for a year & I have purchased the full line of facial products that I like very much. My husband commented today that the skin on my face looked soft & smooth! He never notices! Riversol is very easy to deal with & they respond very quickly to any questions or concerns. I recommend!

I reacted very badly to the retinol
The best part is it’s a very good product with a high concentration of retinol the bad part is instructions were not clear for someone who my have more sensitive skin. I felt the instructions could have been more clear.

There are currently two separate programs, which can definitely feel a bit confusing at first:
Riversol Rewards (Free Program)
This is the program you’ve been using. It’s completely free and based on points:
- You earn points with purchases and other activities
- Those points can be redeemed for free products
- Your existing balance is still available
To view your points, just log in at Riversol.com, go to the Loyalty tab, and click “Rewards” — your balance will be there.
Riversol+ Membership (Optional Subscription)
This is a newer, optional program and does not replace or affect your points:
- It’s a monthly membership ($19/month)
- The fee turns into store credit you can use anytime
- It includes perks like an additional 10% off orders (this can combine with other promotions)
- It’s completely optional — you do not need to join to use your points
So just to be clear:
You do not need to subscribe to anything to access or redeem what you’ve already earned.

I have used skincare products for at least 50 years. I have used high end low end and in between. I have had slight changes (dryness gone) but nothing signifiant over the years.
I used the sample of Riversol my skin is amazing. Dry spots gone. Dark spots gone I am amazed. I think all dermatologists and Botox providers should carry it!!! As soon as I can afford I will be purchasing full size. I am a widow on a pension so I need to budget.
Do yourself a favour and order a sample pack immediately.

No more eye irritation
First of all, unlike some other skin care companies that pop up in email or on social media, this is not a scam. No fine print locking you into monthly deliveries of products that do nothing. My first contact was an offer of free trial samples, enough for two weeks. The products were excellent - I was so pleased that I put in my first order (and received it) before my trial samples were empty. Skin feels very soft, less irritated. None of the products hurt my eyes if they stray too close (a first for me.) The cleanser leaves my skin feeling clean but neither stripped nor greasy. Perhaps a bit tight but that is immediately reversed with the serum. Moisturizer is creamy but not greasy. Whether my skin is actually. healthier is hard for me to measure but I can say that the products feel better than the competition.
