My experience with Rivervale was smooth and easy from start to finish. Moving from another leasing broker I was abit nervous as I hadn’t heard of Rivervale before but their reviews gave me confidence to go with them and I’m so glad I did. They managed to source the car I was after at a better price than my previous broker, and with a higher spec and the colour I wanted. Matt was really informative and answered any questions I had night or day. Delivery was quick and easy and Matt continued to answer any questions I had after delivery. Highly recommend!

Communication needs to improve
At the start Jake was very attentive but when he went on holiday and passed me onto another salesman the communication was dire
Anytime I phoned for an update I never got a return call.
Things picked up again when my car was delivered ( no call to tell me it was on its way) and he returned from holiday
