Rebecca Rimmer is an extremely pleasant, helpful and efficient Concierge. I've just returned from an extremely enjoyable river cruise to Paris & Normandy which she booked for me, and I have another cruise booked for next month. She is also sourcing other options for future cruises. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Thank you Rebecca.
