⚠️ SCAM COMPANY – Avoid at All Costs!

I ordered a specific dress from Rivacoco, and they sent me a completely different, cheap-looking, strapless dress that has nothing to do with what I ordered. When I contacted them, they kept ignoring my actual complaint and copy-pasting the same generic message about their “return policy,” pretending this was just a matter of size or quality — which it isn’t.

They refused to refund me even though I received the wrong item, and instead offered a ridiculous €7.99 “compensation.” That’s insulting!

Their service is a total scam — they take no responsibility, don’t follow basic consumer rights, and clearly try to wear customers down so they give up.

Save yourself the frustration — do not buy from Rivacoco! You risk receiving random clothes and zero help afterward.

I ordered 3 dresses and they do not fit... sizing is way off... I reached out to them and they will not exchange or let me send back for a refund.

I wouldn't even give 1 star. Worst online order I've ever experienced. Took 2 months to arrive, quality and sizing was awful. Would not order!!! They don't provide returns/refunds.

Terrible experience – avoid ordering!
I placed an order for a swimsuit on July 16, choosing standard shipping (8–12 working days). As of today, my order still hasn’t even shipped.

When I contacted customer service, I was told the item is out of stock and will be restocked by the end of August — seriously? Who needs a swimsuit at the end of summer?

To make things worse, they said there’s no way to cancel the order, even though it hasn’t shipped yet.

This is incredibly disappointing and a complete waste of time and money. I do not recommend ordering from this store.

The worst customer service ever. My order was delayed and only received after one month. Quality was poor and they even refused to let me return the item as it doesn’t meet return standards?? Never worn / unused and in original packaging!! And they don’t want to allow me a refund. Pathetic service - would never ever buy from here again. Would like to Lodge a formal complaint because the items were delayed and I don’t want them but they not allowing me to refund them!

I bought a dress in Rivacoco online site and already passed more than 1 month and didn't receive yet. It is not possible to track the product, when I write emails to them , they do not share any expectations regarding delivery times or where the order is from... Terrible service. I only receive one email after the purchase , for one month, no news yet!

Total rip off.. saw lots of ads on TikTok and Facebook which looked good so purchased some trousers. They never arrived. I’ve been waiting 2 months.
If you contact them you get given the same garbage that it’s been posted but I don’t think it will ever arrive. Plus I’ll never get my money back. Please do yourself a favour and do not order from this company.

WORST COMPANY EVER. This company sells garbage, the measurements displayed in the website don’t match their swimsuit, and the quality is terrible. Then they say it’s “easy returns” and it is the opposite of easy. Then also they do not refund the money even when you prove them that the sizing does not match. They just want to give you credit store. I disputed the credit through my bank and was able to get my money back, but they did not return the shipping cost. This are just a Chinese company that is doing scams to people.

I have made an order on 18 Aug 2019, but they didn't arrange the shipment about a week as their reason of the situation in HK. They hold the shipment without informing me until I sent an email to check the tracking number.
They have arranged the shipment by EMS on 27 Aug 2019 and the package is shipping from China. It is so weird I'm from HK to ordering something in US website and the goods is from China. Why I'm not buy in Taobao directly?! If I'm buy something in Taobao, I have been received the package less than a week.
Today is 9 Sep 2019, I still haven't receive any package and after check with EMS that the package has been returned.
I have fully paid and I didn't receive any reply from their side. I don't know I can get my refund or my package back.

I have been waiting for my package for 2 months and nobody has even given me an answer of where it is. THE WORST!!! The literally stole my money!!!

Super cheap company for cute swim suits! They aren’t really true to size though. I ordered a large and it fits like a small. I was unable to get an exchange since I emailed customer service and never got a reply. Definitely need to figure out the sizing better and wish they sold tops and bottoms separately since not all girls where the same size for both.

Poor shipping information. It takes days to send your items.
It will take a t least 1 months to get the order.

If you order it it's yours! The return costs back to FRANCE with the restocking fee of $8.50 for each item, makes this completely unaffordable. the bathing suits are cheap and small asian sizes but priced like their from an American manufacture. Horrible scam

After going back and forth with this Company for over a month for a refund for their defective product, I received the following e-mail from them today:

I'm refunding. You just pay shipping.

How? 1. Complete checkout now
2. Send us 60s videos at ******************
3. We will refund your products**

So, in order to get a refund from this Company when you receive a defective product, you need to go back and forth with them for a month. AND, you need to leave them a positive video review online. Sounds like extortion to them ... I would neither recommend them to others nor use them again.

I usually don’t rate products this bad but please take my advice and don’t buy from them. The quality is awful and the shipment came missing an item. When I asked to refund their response was that I had to pay for international shipping plus handling and restocking fees which would turn out to more than the cost of the items. I haven’t experienced such a horrible business in a long time and hoped this review will save others so they don’t make the same mistake.
