They sell fakes and won’t refund

I purchased their “solid Crystal” mug for $53 that turned out to be a cheap painted plastic mug. On the website it is described to be crystal, quartz, or rock such as amethyst or agate. I purchased with PayPal so I was able to get a refund. The company would not refund so I had to make a claim. They offered 30% off my next purchase if I would drop the claim but I will never purchase from them again nor did I drop the claim. Thank you PayPal

I too fell for the Facebook scam mugs. No - the plastic junk is NOTHING compared to what was advertised. They waited long after the waiting period to cancel, etc.

Again - this is a total scam and I am out $100

If I could give them 0 stars

If I could give them 0 stars, it would be too much. I paid the over $200 for four mugs worth $5 total. A tin cup wrapped in plastic cover to trying to resemble a mineral crystal. Total scam.
Don’t waste your money here.

Mineral Mugs from rixeeme.com

Actually the website is rixeeme.com. Or at least the one I ordered from. Saw the advertisement on Facebook and thought these were quite unique to give as birthday gifts. What a joke. Don’t order these!! Ordered mineral coffee mugs and these are hand painted plastic mugs. For 50 bucks a mug and a 5 week wait time, they are total crap and not what was advertised. Based on the other review, I’m not going to waste my time asking for a refund that will never come. I will take the time write an honest review on a bogus product.

2024 New Mineral Crystal Coffee Mugs

I saw this on Facebook as advertisement and it looked really unique and very different to give as a Christmas gift. It was a Mineral Crystal Coffee Mug, the Mug was well over $50.00. When I opened the package, I was extremely disappointed and very upset. The mug looked nothing like what they were advertising. The mug I received is made of plastic, not appealing to say the least. I wrote the company asking for a return label and wanted a refund. The were prompt to answer my concerns, I was asked to take a picture of the label on the bag it was shipped in and take pictures of the mug. Only to get another response "that is what I ordered and offered to give me a 30% voucher for future purchase". Very disappointed and would not recommend this product or company to anyone. Would not give this to anyone as I would be embarrassed. Please use caution with ads as some are not true to the words.
