Really really worst customer service experience grom Riya, my canada visa got rejected because of their ignorance. Students who are applying for canada, germany, uk , aus please dont choose riya as main consultant as its not worth paying them money. There are plenty of other agencies who wont charge single penny for student visa. Dont trust these guys, bunch of stupids are working here !

I book a flight to Toronto,Canada from a travel partner of Riya Travels.Its Geo Tours and travels. They got tickets from riya.I am an international student visa holder in canada and riya gave me a ticket with 2 stops overs in UK which is not acceptable bcaz i need a UK visa for it.I couldnt fly that day and they provided me with another ticket and i have to pay 30000rs extra. They dont behave in a proffesional way. Please double check if anyone else booking tickets through riya or geo tours and travels, kochi. Some of of the staff even doesnt know about visa requirments to stop over other countries even though they had my visa and passport.

My parents just returned today (1-Nov-17) from a trip to the holy land with Riya travels for 10 days. There was a terribly bad experience they had to face with the stay provided by Riya. They had to face severe discrimination coz of being black (Indian's) and there was an instance where they were asked to wait for food till the white people has finished their food. Also there was an instance where their rooms were locked up the hotel authorities when they reached the hotel in the late evening. All these time the Riya escort person was escaping from the scene and not available to support. Guys, this is a very genuine feedback. Please think twice before choosing Riya for the holy land trip (Israel, Jordan, Palestine, Egypt).

I had to apply for Canadian visitors visa for my Parents and I was referred to Riya Travels by a Family friend. I was dealing with a lady named Neethu Joseph from Riya Travels from their Thrissur branch in Kerala and I have to say her service was awesome, she was very prompt and had very good knowledge about the requirements needed for visitors visa. She ensured we had all the necessary documents to support our case. My Parents got 10 year multiple entry visa to Canada. I would highly recommend Riya Travels for all visa purposes, they have some highly motivated and knowledgeable team and you won't be disappointed.

I have been with them from 18th to 25th for the above tour. while appreciating their courtesy and time management and prompt dealing and sight seeing and all that one thing shall not be got unnoticed. The rooms provided at both places are below satisfactory. Inspite these two tourist destinations are famous for their cleanliness both the hotels are far below our expectations with regard to maintanence and upkeep of toilets which are not at all worthwhile and does not come out even TWO STAR.

About the Travel Agent:
I have used travel agencies’ services and circled the globe a number of times. These days using internet travel sites seem to be a fashionable trend. Nevertheless, considering that the internet sites cannot provide the kind of interactive support I often need before entering that credit card number, and some internet deals may come attached with unpleasant surprises, I opted to deal with a travel agency that has a human being at the other end to help me out. Upon due research, I contacted Riya Travels for my needs. Ms. Laboni Momin, a travel agent, helped me with my needs. Her knowledge about different airlines, their routes, costs, etc. is unmatched.

It was in the first half of the summer, high season, and reasonably priced tickets were disappearing fast. I had a tight budget for my family trip. I was looking for the least expensive ticket I could get. Ms. Momin worked diligently, told me about available options comparing amongst different airlines. She made me aware that she has great customer feedbacks regarding most airlines in her sales portfolio, but there was a rather new airline in her portfolio with little feedback which would cost $1000 less than my already tight budget. I was impressed with her detailed research and opted to go with the least expensive airline and save a grand.

After our return from the trip, Ms. Momin followed up with calls inquiring about our trip experience, about our airline experience, etc. That was nice indeed! Throughout the process, I was greatly impressed with her professionalism. Her efforts shows she cares about her customers, something internet sites can't do. I will contact her for all my future air-travel needs, and I will recommend her to all my friends and relatives for their travel needs.

About the Carrier (China Southern Airlines):
Pros: Economy class seating in all four aircrafts of the China Southern Airlines we flew in our trip was very comfortable. Both (outbound and inbound) flights over the Pacific Ocean had virtually no noticeable turbulence.
Cons: Here in the United States, Chinese food (even Chinese fast food) is delicious. I expected that the Chinese airline would serve similarly delicious Chinese food to the international travelers. However, while in flight I found China Southern Airlines had only a couple of options for food and the food’s taste was awful to me. Making the experience even worse, unlike other East Asian airlines, China Southern's flight attendants were robotic, rude, and unfriendly.

I recently booked a trip to Dubai with Ruvin Singh (Riya Travels). This was a vacation I had always dreamed of taking, so I wanted everything to be perfect. It was for a party of 4 individuals who had specific requirements, this made it very challenging to book the ideal trip. Ruvin worked diligently on this request and had to make numerous changes regarding dates, hotels, excursions and flights, however he eventually customized the PERFECT trip to cater to us all. Ruvin was extremely patient, courteous and displayed a high level of professionalism throughout our planning.
