What have you all done to the original Rizla?
Paper quality is very poor. Glue quality also poor.
Recommend Mascotte.

For the last year or more, Rizlas are simply crap. Half-way through a smoke, or sooner, they just become unstuck. 'kin useless.

For many years, best rolling papers around. Now 'kin awful. Why change a winning formula?

For around 2 or so years now I've found that rizla papers don't stick anymore, I live in Spain and the only alternatives here are like tracing paper, more what you would associate with a "spliff" come on rizla sort your game out, ive been a lifelong supporter but am gonna change brands for sure

The worst product quality in the entire industry, shame for your brand name..

No different than selling tobacco except Rizla will cut costs their product as cheap as possible while not giving a damn about quality of their papers which is unsurprisingly for a soulless tobacco company.

Terrible product, they used to be great, used for 30yrs. Never will I buy again, pure failure

These are no longer to be relied on. Quality varies from pack to pack. Some just don't stick, which is a pretty basic problem.

I am struck by the poor quality of Rizla papers these days. They don't always stick. The paper tears easily and sometimes burns unevenly.
I'm looking for alternatives.

I've been using Rizla for about 30 years and now I just throw the free packets that you get with tobacco straight in the bin.
This saves me the effort of rolling a cigarette, finding out the glue is useless, unrolling the cigarette and THEN throwing the paper in the bin.
I don't understand how you get such a basic product so wrong.
And thus ends my relationship with Rizla

I have no issue at all with other tobacco papers, but Rizla papers always unstick for me. Not sure why, but it is very annoying.

I normally just use the papers supplied with a pouch of tobacco, but if I did buy my own, I would buy Zig-Zag green; seems the best.

Who on earth decided to make the cover ,marker papers white , what a suicidal decision. Absolute garbage

Don’t stick at all waste of time. I don’t know what rizla has done but they need to go back to the old sticky stuff quick time

What on earth is going on with the quality of rizla? Every single packet I've bought have sticking issues. They just come apart. Bought now from several different stores and the outcome is the same? Terrible product quality yet at 50p a packet they are the most expensive on the market! I'll stick with zig zag in future, only 19p a packet and a far better product

Rizla papers are very frustrating: they do not stick properly and l use a Rizla machine to roll my cigarettes. Please fix this problem Rizla.

Will they start putting a bit of gum back on the papers? I'm down three t-shirts and 2 jumpers and nearly lit the car on fire with cigarettes falling to pieces.

Been smoking roll up for 40 years and until recently never had an issue but for the past 6 months or so they don't stick absolutely shit product now they are skimping on the glue quality get your act together

Why sell a product of I merchandiseable quality?! I’ve been using Rizla papers for 20years and until recently they have been perfect! However recently they don’t stick?!? Bit pointless really selling a product that’s not fit for purpose?! So if your wondering why your sales have slumped it not because there’s less smokers it’s because your product is useless!! I believe it’s in your own interest to rectify this issue immediately

Actually garbage papers nowadays, I moved to OCBs, never looked back.

I've been buying Rizla filters for years, never had an issue. Last box I bought was a nightmare. The filters burn after a couple of puffs, leaving a horrible black residue and BURNING my lips. This is unacceptable. I tried reaching out to them directly but their website doesn't seem to work and there's not customer support number I can call. Not buying these again.
