A terrible rip-off
A terrible rip-off. They don't disclose exorbitant shipping costs until after you've purchased the item. Then when you've paid they dont send the item for weeks, sometimes months afterwards, If at all. I'm still waiting for an order placed before Christmas. The customer service was rude and aggressive. i will never buy from here again and I'm pretty sure I just lost $250 as the parcel still hasn't been sent.

Overall Rizzitgo was my first agent and was a pretty good one.
When buying i was updated continuously with my order on the website and the parcel tracking partners.
Photos of my order in the factory was Measured and high quality.
The discount "scam" with weight is true. (Discount is applied to shipping with an estimated weight, then when its measured you basically dont get a discount because the price drops and gets refunded)
Shipping was about on time
Ordered December 18th
Received January 9th
(Keep in mind this was over holidays and shipping was suggested to be 10-15 days)
Legit agent would recommend if you dont have one, or are looking for one.

So far so good, good shipping price took 7 days to arrive to UK. Refunds and Withdrawals work but they do take couple of days. Honestly its one of the cheapest agents right now. And no this isn't a fake review.

Scam + fake reviews
They scammed me. My package was originally estimated at 3080g, and I was charged 51.19 USD. I used one of their coupons, which brought the cost down to 40.96 USD. So far so good.
But once the package was actually weighed, it turned out to be only 2130 g, and the real shipping cost was 39.61 USD. Instead of refunding me the difference based on what I actually paid, they only refunded 1.34 USD. That means the coupon effectively saved me nothing.
The discount was applied to the inflated estimated price instead of the actual final price, which makes the whole coupon system a scam. It is like a coffee shop selling coffee for 5 dollars and then claiming a 50% discount while raising the price to 10 dollars, making the discount code bring it back to the original price.
I tried contacting customer support and even asked in their Discord server, but they ignored me.
Every single one of the good reviews is fake by the way.
