Wrong size sent to me. I’ve emailed THRICE with no reply asking to return the goods. Do not buy this as they will ignore your email. I am going to ask for a chargeback from my bank as this surely is fraudulent

I requested a return as soon as my shoes arrived (06/March/24). The shoes are pristine and unworn. I was told they were 'processing my claim' and once complete I would be provided with a return label. 3 weeks later and I'm still waiting despite multiple requests for an update.

Honestly the trainers are pretty good for the price but the service is shocking and frankly by refusing to accept legitimate returns they're trading illegally.

I ordered their product for someone and it was inaccurate and misleading. Their products are thin and cheaply made. Made in China so it makes sense. They do not offer refunds either so they obviously do not follow their return/refund policy. Do not buy here.

Do not use this website, its a scam. The socks that were shipped to me were so small that I knew they wouldnt fit. I received what looked like it was made for a child, so when I contacted their customer service department I was told they needed a picture showing they didnt fit. I sent the requested picture and received a response that no refund could be made because they were worn. I physically could not have worn them but the picture they requested voided my refund. Total scam website, total fraud product.

Item is complete rip off .

Shoes are not raised, your heel is raised so you are walking on high heels. they do not accept refunds after you try, dont waste your money. Not accepting refunds after not being happy with a product when its an online purchase is immoral and insanity

This is a total scam. Ordered two pair. It is like panty hose with a stress ball inserted into the heal. Unstable and feels very odd in shoe. Pictures showed no toe on the sock but there was, which did not fit my foot. I have been trying to return now for a month. They responded to 7 inquiries after 2 weeks. They then just continue to send questions rather than refund or send refund return. There is no way this is a legitimate company.

This company is a scam. What I received is not a sock; it looks like an ankle compressor. I bought four pairs, which were advertised as 2 inches and 3 inches high, but all four pairs arrived at a height of just 3 inches in a cheap package. They are extremely flimsy and won’t stay on my feet because they are too loose. Walking around with them is a safety hazard.

After purchasing, returning them is nearly impossible, even though they claim you can return items within 30 days. Their phone numbers are ghost numbers, and if you try to call them before making a purchase, you will most likely not get a response. After buying the socks, even if they are unworn and brand new, they will not allow returns because they label them as undergarments, claiming they are non-returnable for sanitation reasons. Their refund policy is falsely claimed. Their item shipped from China which took almost a month to get here, while on their website U.S. shipping took only 10 days.

Scam!!

Ordered a pair of shoes 2 months ago. Never received them, the delivery status is by young hun deliveries Somerford chines company I've never heard of, states they haven't even started being delivered.
Emailed their customer service email address over 5 times hello@rizzsoles
And it doesn't work. The emails keep bouncing back and saying address not found.
They have stolen over 50 pounds from me that I will never get back.
Also, no contact phone number.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Rizzdole claims to be in the US. I ordered 2 pairs for my son for Xmas. Didn't receive my item for 2 weeks, checked and it showed some tracking from China. When I clicked on it, it had no info. Now they just stole $49 from me and ruined my son's Xmas. F Rizzdole!!!

My order arrived so quickly, I was surprised to see it on my doorstep within days.

Rizzsoles give me just the right lift while keeping my feet comfortable all day. They're stretchy and don't feel tight at all. Honestly, I forget I'm wearing them!

Customer service was very knowledgeable and helped me with all my queries.

Fantastic with the stretch material, great fir-either don't even have to futz with them!

Didn't know it would make any difference, but these definitely helped during my job hours. I looked professional and the little extra height gave me confidence. Think they are a keeper.

Not only do these add to my height, but they help me have a much better stance when walking. I also don't have that feeling of wobble or sliding. Great fit and comfort, nice little boost!

Literally, I don't have words to tell how much better it makes me feel with that little height. Super confident meeting new people now. Great quality and super comfortable.

These are seriously a joke. No difference in height and when you try to contact them for a refund/return noone has responded back. Waste of money. Do not buy and customer service horrible

Wearing these to work has given me a nice confidence boost at work when I have meetings with clients.
I just feel way more balanced. Plus, they still look like any other professional shoe.
