Extremely horrible service , chicago O’hare If they have less than one star I will give them .they are unprofessional at all we went to the airport me and my family and completely refused to let us to board the flight , staff nice but the station manager (Rania)was so rude and non cooperative , screaming and refused to understand anything she said we need visa to travel to egypt , tried to explain to her that we are dual citizens and we showed her our Egyptian ID, and that we don’t need any visa to go there , showed her our previous entrance stamps clearly stating we are Egyptian, no visa needed , she was laying to us and showing us that she is trying to call egypt to take a Permission from them for us to go ,initially pretending not able to read Arabic ( clearly with heavy accent) eventually we saw her speaking Arabic, could not board flight after she kept procrastinating, at the end , nothing !!

Lost our luggage
Lost luggage on flight back from Amman to London. We waited 2 hours for our luggage only to be told it was never loaded onto the airplane. We were then told it would arrive with the next plane on the following day and it would be delivered to our home. The whole day went by with no updates. If someone from Royal Jordanian reads this please provide immediate compensation of the damages.

Thank you for amazing service Royal Jordanian. First, I was scared due to what I read of all the bad review of this airline but definitely its WRONG! Me and my family flew last July 25, 2022 , DXB-AMN-JFK the trip was amazing and I enjoyed the smooth experience. Though before the flight we received a notice via e-mail that our flight back to DXB will be delayed for 6hours and after two days 24hours delayed but they take care of us, I constantly remind them via e-mail that we are traveling with kids. Oh Thanks to Ms. Wedad and Ms. Hanes (not sure the real name but she’s the only lady on duty last Aug3-JFK-AMN in customer service in RJ). Thanks for the help ladies.
By the way we got a good deal for this flight and on time departure, safe take off and landing. Thank you again Royal Jordanian for amazing service. We will definitely recommend and will fly again with you soon.

I flew with you on the 24/7/22 and 31/07/22.
My recent experience travelling with Royal Jordanian which was unfortunately a very unpleasant one. My ticket was booked from London to Amman to Beirut and Beirut to Amman to London.
Firstly, we did not have a TV that actually worked we had to use our phones which I have never experienced before. I thought it was just a one-off thing but also was the case on the way back. Then when it came to the meal I ask for the fish, but it did not taste nice at all, so I didn’t eat. Upon arriving in Beirut, I was so shocked to not find any of the 3 suitcases that me and my family flew with. I was told to go and file a claim. MEA said they were handling RJ’s luggage and that my luggage might be in Amman still. What is more is that MEA told me that RJ already knew that our luggage was not going to arrive in Beirut on time. If you had informed any of us we would not have been angry – shouting for answers. Thanks to your poor service we were stressed, anxious and had no clothes nothing. We had to wait until around 8:30pm (for all the flights to land from Amman that day) to see if our luggage had arrived which they had on the last flight after emails and faxes were sent through. If we were aware we would have planned accordingly to return to the airport and collect our luggage, but you left us with us running around trying to figure these things by ourselves. It was an absolutely awful start to our holiday not just for us but the people who were visiting because they also tried their best to help. We told everyone about your awful service.
Just when I thought the journey back would be smooth, again, none of the TV’s were working so we had to connect to our phones. I overheard someone asking the flight attendant nicely if she could charge his phone because he did not know he had to watch TV on his phone and her response was “it’s not my problem, you should have your own charger.” I thought that was very rude. I found this particular hostess very rude her name was RUBA (from AMMAN to LONDON 31/7/22) – she did not smile, she did not speak nicely to anyone during the flight and rolled her eyes. I was even more shocked when she asked if we wanted to drink Pepsi and did not find any, then she asked if we wanted something else we said 7up, which again she did not have. So, we then ask for orange juice which she did not have until we suggested apple juice because maybe she’d actually find something for us to drink. The most frustrating thing is that she did not even say sorry or show any empathy when even basic drinks weren’t available. I also had another issue where the aircon was really low and my wears a hijab, so she got too hot. I asked if anything could be done and I was told that someone will sort out the pressure. I had to ask 3 different hostesses until it was raised later on in the flight. I don’t know what to tell you, but I hated every single minute of those flights. We usually enjoy ourselves and feel very comfortable but for someone who paid over £700 per passenger it was horrific!!! I will never fly RJ again I was so disappointed with your service – I felt embarrassed on your behalf because it was that bad. The worst airline in the world.

Worst airline in the world.. they are scammer with permission from them management .. i have all proves that the Management encourage the staff to do any obstacles to scam the client to pay extra or buy another ticket... i shocked when i went to the main office in Amman and how they tried to offer me some discount to keep my mouth shut to not inform the rest passengers.

Today (21/07/2022), I really faced a very bad surprise when arriving to airport being the flight from Dammam to Amman cancelled without any prior notice at all!
They even failed to find any other align team member to travel me, I was left alone and had to pay another booking with a stop layover of 3 hours through Jeddah.

One of worst airlines in Middle East especially there office in Baghdad/ Iraq airport, the Jordanian manager behaves in very bad way with customers which reflects the company policies to get money as much as they can from customers with a reason or not. Not like other airlines who are very helpful and they tried to make the customer’s journey so easy and comfortable, while the Jordanian airlines tried to make your journey a nightmare and you’ll regret your booking with them. I advice anyone to never book your travel with this company who advise their staff to behaved with customers in an impolite way. They should put customers first and don’t used gun with Nigerian travellers on of their plane. Really my journey with this them was waste of money and time.

A painless, pleasant journey
I just had a pleasant experience flying with Royal Jordanian from London to Amman. I was prepared for the worst based on recent horror stories from travelers, both about Heathrow Airport and this airline. But I have to say the journey could not have gone more smoothly! We arrived four hours before the flight and checked in with about 3.5 hours to go, after joining a queue that was long but nevertheless moved quite quickly. Royal Jordanian ground staff were helpful and friendly. They got us on the plane exactly on time. We ended up leaving the gate about an hour behind schedule, but the pilot was so apologetic and kept us updated, explaining that it was an issue with lack of Heathrow ground staff. The flight itself was very smooth and painless, and cabin crew were also very welcoming. The wait for our bags at Queen Alia, after we got through the lines at border control, was about 40 minutes. All in all, a very pleasant journey and one that I would take again with this airline!

We had a very bad experience with their employees at check in desks at Queen Alia international airport. Extremely unprofessional and lack manners.
On 23.06.2022 at 10 pm they didn’t allow my brother to check in although there was no reason with giving a different “reason” every 2 minutes. They were also forcing him indirectly to book their direct flight to Zurich instead of the Wizz Air flight that he already had. (They manage Wizz Air flights and issues and get paid for it)
We lost around 750 Euros between booking a new flight and losing the flight he had.
We waited more than 3.5 hours at their desk for an answer or a document to prove that he was there and they didn’t allow him to check in but they simply refused to give an answer or any document.

This was the most dysfunctional process I have ever experienced. My friend purchasing in Miami had the same issue as I did purchasing in Seattle with the website not accepting foreign currency. Finally it seemed to work with PayPal. I waited an hour and no confirmation. I call the NYC office who then tells me everything is fine I am confirmed but my insurance with the ticket did not go through, I said no that is not possible because I was charged for it so I shouldn't have to buy it again because something is flawed on your end.
I had a separate booking my friend booked for us to be on the same flight, We arrived in Cairo from Sharm El Sheikh on Egypt Air and followed the signs for international connections. Only to be told no this was only for Egypt Air. We ask Airport Police who tell us we need to go to Terminal 2, and point upstairs saying that we are in it. We go through multiple lines to end up killing two hours in a rat maze of luggage scanning lines that never even got us to the right place. This is ridiculous because I am a flight attendant and live in Airports, my friend is well traveled as well. There was no Airport Map, No signs. no customer representative.
Finally it's 15 minutes before the flight is supposed to leave and the Royal Jordanian desk employees have all left. They inform us none will be back until next flight even next day and later when we attempted to rebook they said we could email and qualified for refunds. Only to be replied to via email only saying no refund will be issued.
Fly anyone else, i'm telling you, you will regret flying this airline. They screwed me over 3x in 10 days.

I have multiple fraudulent charges on my account from this airline, after attempting to book with them. They save you’re credit card information and charge you as they see fit. They are crooks!! And attempt to protect their cons with legal documents. Please boycott this airline if you don’t want to have issues with your bank and financial health. Unbelievable.
We were denied check in because of a…
We were denied check in because of a suppose qr code that egyptian government was asking for.
This qr is not mandatory, plus we tried to take it all day long (this rule appeared 2 days before travelling) and the site was overloaded and crashed.
Result is, we didnt have the code and mr. Lino, that we believe is the boss of royal jordanian in the barcelona airport, was so rude to us and talked to us in a very unpolite way when we tried to explain our problem didnt want tl listen to us. 2 other passengers were denied check in also for the same reason. One of them got a partial refund.
After watching my kid cry because she wasn't going to get to see her family in egypt, we decided to get another ticket (obviously, with a better airline) and we went 2 days later, we were not asked for the qr even.
On the day of the flight back, we go to cairo Airport and for our surprise, tickets have been cancelled.
We tried to call royal jordanian but it seems their phone have a loop, the recording that starts with the call does not stop or go further in many occasions.
After all, we stayed over a week extra in egypt, finishing funds with international roaming calls that were unerending, with 2 little kids that need to go to school.
You did not give us any kind of solution, and a week passed so we had no option but to buy another ticket, with a better airline in order to come back home.
Thank you royal jordanian for having such an incompetent, unpolite, unempathic person in your team.
