Took you nearly a year to reply to my review and a rude reply at that the fact I said in my review it took forever for my order to arrive and it’s took you nearly a year to reply to my review I did in June 2025 says it all 😂 I did get in touch about the fact my product was scratched but I’m still waiting for a reply maybe i need to wait another year for that 🤷🏻‍♀️

Ordered led indicator units for my ST ordered on the 3rd received on the the 6th and I have ordered quite a few things in the past i.e front and rear st badges, foot well LEDs, door sill LEDs, Engine bay dress up kit, triple boot light upgrade, Indicator lights to name a few I have never experienced any issues whatsoever.

Great customer service,everything I ordered for my bmw came on time and in fantastic condition 👍 really happy and will definitely be ordering again when I decide what to modify next….

Bought a focus mk4 splitter kit and transformed my car , looks great and gets loads of compliments.

Ordered an item from this business.. what a mistake.

Ordered some lights which arrived several days later. I contacted the business to ask for a return as the item was no longer needed and received an abrupt response of ‘Our returns policy can be found on the footer of the website.’ Perhaps they should read their own policy as it states to contact them to initiate a return.

I returned the item using the same method of postage it was dispatched to me with - 2nd class large letter. Albeit when I paid it was £1.50 rather than the extortionate £4.50 charged by this company. The item was also sent to the sellers address on the packaging rather than the returns policy address which is different.

10 days later the seller is still claiming he has not received the item. There are numerous reviews saying the seller has issues with their delivery address and extremely poor customer service. It would appear both of these are correct.

After I said I would progress the matter further I received an extremely aggressive and confrontational phone call from ‘Ryan’ who seemed very agitated. He was ranting about how it’s only £16 and it’s not his fault and he doesn’t use his website for selling items.

I am fairly certain he has most likely received the return and seen an opportunity to try and keep the money rather than refund. He also seems to use an excuse of ‘there wasn’t enough postage paid’.

I can confirm this seller as being a very accurate reflection of his other reviews and would recommend people to not purchase from them. I’m sure there will be another confrontational response left by him.

Ordering anything from this company or website is like taking a gamble. They are unbelievable rude to the core. Imagine a reply from them with a swear language because I worried about my order I kid you not.

Cheap quality leds. They all peeled off and needed glued back on within a month. I doupt they will last long at all. Look elsewhere. You will dave yourself buying twice like I've had to

If i could give -5 stars i would. Wow the most unprofessional little children i have ever delt with first they only gave me half my order then after 3 emails I had to prove that I order the other half and because I said if you f me around i will go to ebay and complain and write a bad review the sales person had a
cry and said I was rude and would not reply to any of my emails. Three times I politely ask for updates on the rest of my order and got no reply I then sent them another polite email stating that it is them that is now being rude and unprofessional and if they don't update me I will report them to ebay. Their reply, we have refunded you and cancelled the order and we will not reply to any of your emails this is not a threat it's a fact. DON'T BUY FROM THIS CHILDREN they have no idea how to run a business or provide good customer service. Instead of admitting that they were wrong, they acted like babies and cancelled my order.So I wouldn't get it , that's how they want to punish me for their mistake.PS they have blocked me. WayneAnd I am a 60yr old man and I don't like being called a lier. If you would of looked at the order you would of realised that you made a mistake instead I had to argue with you for days???

One star Customer Services, I received an email to say the package was dispatched on the 26th of September. It then took me three emails and a message on Facebook Messenger before I received the tracking number from RJH. When they finally decided to send me a message, they'd changed the carrier, and the dispatch date was the 30th, four days later than the original communication! RJH then chose FedEx as a carrier, and FedEx made a €17.21 disbursement change; this is an admin charge by FedEx to pay the customs duties on your behalf. This is something that is free for people in Ireland to do themselves, and it takes less than 2 minutes if the merchant provides the tracking number from the carrier.

What RJH also did, due to their lack of knowledge in transporting goods outside of the UK, was add the shipping charges to the declaration form, so I had to pay the VAT on a shipping charge (paying twice for shipping)! I should have paid €32.04 but I had to pay €63.87 due to their incompetence. When I communicated this to RJH, they answered:

"I'm not sure how you think you are paying for delivery twice. You know there are fees when buying from the UK. The Fees are your responsibility. We won’t be doing anything regarding your order but will now be deactivating sales outside the UK, as many people don’t seem to know they have fees when buying from the UK and expect us to contribute."

An ethical business would have suggested that they meet me halfway and reimburse half of the extra costs I incurred. I would have been happy about that and written a five-star review. Now you will find this one-star review posted on every platform I can think of; let the buyer beware.
