All aspects very satisfactory. From the initial contact to the work being carried out was very good. The two gentlemen were very polite and carried out the work to high standard. On completion they tidied up.

The whole process was transparent and everyone I spoke to was helpful and explained not only the survey and installation process but also where to check out the company and the reviews they have received. The installation team arrived on time, they were very efficient and careful, and left everything very clean. Friendly, polite and competent from start to finish. I will go back to this company for any further work I need doing.

I originally contacted them because of their Which accreditation and they didn't disappoint at all. They gave me a lot of information, and provided useful suggestions for the loft. I was originally quoted something that was slightly higher than I was able to pay at the time and they were even able to provide me a slide discounted price to match that which was unbelievably generous. I spoke with Alfie and Ross a lot before the process and they were so great to liaise with. Super genuine and warm team!

When it came to installation, Max and the team were great. They completed the whole job in less than 2 days and were super efficient. I had just moved into the home and had a fair amount of cardboard and refuse taking up a lot of space and they even offered to take all of it away for me for free, just to be helpful.

We ended up having a chimney removed later down the line which left a hole in the insulation and they were able to come back within a week of me contacting them to patch the rest up and do a once over check for everything.

As always, very professional, greatly informative, really high level of polish on the work itself. Great solutions and went above and beyond. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the whole team!

I had been searching for professional loft insulators for a while and I eventually came across RJ Insulation in Ipswich via 'Buy with Confidence'. I intially discounted them simply because of the long distance from where I Live. Then about a week later as chance would have it I was reading my copy of Which! and found that they were a Which! Trusted Trader'. The rest is history and I endorse what other reviewers say about this company, with 'professionalism' being the operative word. They proved that the distance was never going to be an issue. I was advised on options and their recommendation - SoftFoil. Then requested photographs that showed the exent of work. Shortly afterwards they offered a rough quote, followed shortly by someone who visited and took various measurements. They then confirmed their quote and a team of 4 turned up and completed the job in one day, and completed with full payment on completion of the job. A few days later I recieved an IWA cerificate which was a guarantee of workmanship, underwritten by an Insurer. I have no hesitation in recommending the company.

I found this company by searching a wide range of different review sites, and noted that there were no significant negative reviews, but loads of incredible reviews and recommendations and most important of all was that on their website I noted that Which Magazine had recommended them, and Which are perhaps the most trusted review source of all available review sources!

Also I noted a similar calibre of positive reviews and virtually zero negative reviews on Trust Pilot, a review site for which I also have high regard for!

RJ Insulation cleared out my loft of all its contents, hoovered it clean, and installed new wool insulation, eaves ventilators and boarding. The team also helped return my items for storage to the loft afterwards.

The company was pleasant and straightforward to deal with throughout the process, thorough and trustworthy. The work was carried out tidily, and the house left clean and neat. The work took less time than I had previously been advised.

There was slight damage to a bedroom ceiling, and an appropriate resolution swiftly agreed.

Now I need to find out if it will keep the house warmer - I hope so.

Such an easy company to deal with. From start to finish the communication was excellent. No lengthy waiting, a thorough survey, such that suitable materials and approach was taken. The installation team were fantastic - so polite, courteous, hard-working, knowledgable, respectful of us and our home and knowledgable. The area was left as clean as when they arrived. Nothing was too much trouble, despite some of the areas being awkward and tight. The level of workmanship is really second to none and we are looking forward to reaping the benefits of what is now a properly insulated home. whether you have a relatively modern home or one that's as quirky as ours (60's style) I would not hesitate to recommend RJ Insulation as a credible provider.

We needed two loft spaces re-insulated, so put out a request on Bark. RJ Insulation contacted us immediately and, after we looked at their website and checked their reviews, we arranged for their engineer to visit and provide a quotation. We were kept well-informed by email of exactly what, when and how all would happen. The insulation team arrived on time, were most professional, worked hard, did a brilliant job and cleaned up after themselves. They used lambs wool in the smaller loft and Superfoil in the larger loft - both look spectacular and our house is warmer already. An excellent company.

From the initial enquiry through to the end of the job was just fantastic. I had an immediate quote from the surveyor and everything was explained thoroughly.
The job was to empty a rubbish tip that was the loft, including mattresses and water tanks and 40 year old cladding, hoover the whole area, install the Superfoil to the rafters, and lay new earthwool and new boarding, a two day job.
I was quickly given a date and had several calls from the office to ensure me that everything was going to plan. I did not have to chase up at all which was great.
A skip was delivered, and the team arrived with smiles and courtesy. They were all super - so polite and helpful and kept me informed all along the way.
At the end of day one I came home to find an immaculate house with no trace of the mess that had been moved to the skip - a totally clean hallway, as if they hadn't been there.
Day two and the same cheerful, professional and organised crew finished the job and again, cleaned up amazingly.
From start to finish I was always kept up to date, it was completely stress free for me.
This is once in a lifetime customer service and professionalism. The quality of the work is stunning. It's incredible. I cannot say enough about this company, they really do deserve all the recognition and appreciation they get.

Great service - kept informed throughout, from initial quote to fitting. The guys fitting the insulations were hardworking, courteous and cleaned up well after themselves. Would thoroughly recommend.

SP40 and SP15 in the attic which now retains the attic and house heat. Class experience from start with Ron, to the top and extra work from the lads, and friendly and efficient experience in general. Highly recommend.

TL;DR-if you are still on the fence about insulating your loft, trust me - it makes a MASSIVE difference in quality of life in our home!

Alfie, Ron, Ross and the rest of the lads and ladies were absolutely brilliant. The vibe you get is that good old "family owned business" feel and doing this deal was a very satisfying experience. They consistently exceeded our expectations in every way and the tailor made financing option they brought to the table made a world of difference. I also love the idea that we've staged the loft now with insulation but it's ready to go to a further stage of making it into a 'warm loft' space/bedroom so nothing done will be wasted.

The job itself went very quick, with the lads grafting hard to complete in very good order, leaving no rust and crap behind.

I've never been to Ipswich, but if these guys are anything to go by, I get the idea if feel right at home there :)
