This company has been great for my needs. I needed 72 small vials to put some essential oils in and the man on the phone was nothing but helpful, he went through the product selection and helped me pick the jars for me.
Perfect - just as described. Fast delivery. Would 100% buy again!

I have ordered several products from this company, the majority of my orders have been sublime with no complaints, however on one melancholy day my order arrived shattered into many pieces (this is bad). I swiftly but surely got in contact with the company and the person who answers my calls, bless his heart, couldn't help me out so the manager himself gave me a full refund and sent me a replacement (what a lovely man), If it wasn't for this one issue it would be a 5/5 stars. We understand that glass jars are one of the hardest things to ship and even tho we try our best to avoid breakages they do sometimes happen. We always try and offer replacements or a refund if we can not offer a replacement at the time.

As of yet, Trading Standards have not been in contact about this complaint. However all emails and phone calls are dealt with swiftly by our team. It might be worth while getting in contact with us again as I can not seem to find any order under the name provided on here.

Hello, I am very sorry to hear about this. However We have had no calls or emails from yourself in regards to this order. I did infact look into this and can see the refund wa processed and sent back to the original payment method.
I ordered some Bonta jars and I was charged for these but they didn't arrive. When I asked about the order I was initially told that they were broken by the carriers and they would send some more. They then changed their mind and said they had none left and I would be refunded. I sent several email reminders and they have all been ignored and I have now, 2 months later, no refund and no jars.

Ordered a kit and within minutes of it being accepted it was cancelled without a reason yet my card was charged. I tried for a week to get through to their customer service both via email and phone. Thankfully I eventually got through and they have processed my refund for me.
