I have been very pleased with the services provided by RL Computer Solutions Ltd. Roger handled the installation and setup of a new desktop PC in September 2025 and was thorough, efficient, and completely reliable throughout the process. Everything was completed in a timely manner, with clear explanations and great attention to detail. He has also been extremely helpful with subsequent additional services, including the installation, setup, and initiation of a new external backup drive.

I have known Roger over a number of years having previously had help with other PC-related matters, including home laptop installation/setup, printer issues and other more general troubleshooting challenges.

Based on both recent and past experience, I have no hesitation in recommending RL Computer Solutions Ltd.

My new laptop was set up efficiently, quickly, and with things explained in a friendly way that even I (who has sometimes struggled with the terminology used by other IT people) could mostly understand.

I am happy to recommend Roger for anyone wanting such work carried out.

I needed to factory reset my laptop, Roger sent me a link to enable that.
He came the next morning and synced my computer, laptop, tablet and mobile
All now running correctly and has left me a link should there be a need

This was first time I used Roger at RL computer Solutions , following my Dell Laptop having a real problem with one of my two outlook files which became “ corrupted” and would not even open.
Roger really excelled and over one home visit and then a long remote session he solved the problem.
He is extremely
polite, easy to talk to and has incredible IT skills being able to think out of the box to find solutions to solve the problem .
Cannot recommend him enough and for sure I’ll go back to him should I require any IT services :

Roger has advised me on computer issues, backups and more over several years. I have recently moved from a PC to a MacBook and without his help I would have been lost. He has always found ways around awkward issues and provided me with solutions. I recommend his services very highly.

Great experience getting Roger to sort out all kinds of IT issue. Due to his depth of knowledge, he was able to sort my email issue out, fix a WiFi issue we'd had for months and make other small but value able tweaks to my IT operation.
I shall be going back to him any time I have issues in the future.

Roger at RL Computer Solutions was fabulous. We had problems with an iMac and MacBook and Roger came out very quickly and solved all the issues within 2 days. He explained everything clearly and patiently (I am not techy) and he helped set up better security for all the machines. I will definitely be using Roger again.

Roger is excellent at what he does and is great at communications around appointments. Highly recommend Roger for any PC or laptop issues.

I had two issues with Mac and pc. Roger responded to my request swiftly and attended site shortly after. The solution was not straight forward so some creative thinking and problem solving was needed. And within a very short period of time both problems were solved. A happy customer.

An invaluable support
Roger is always very helpful and encouraging, even for a 'technophobe' like myself. He also offers useful advice about all things technical, if required, such as the siting of the modem (preferably not in the bedroom!). Most recently I called him out because the display on my computer had changed and I couldn't find things, Roger came promptly and sorted it out with ease!
