Sold a bill of goods by Chris Dunham (RLS8GUY)

Chris overpriced my house knowing I needed to perform a quick sale. He was rude, arrogant, and condescending to me and my mother over several conversations. He promised professional photos for my property and tried to pass off cell phone photos as professional. He NEVER visited my property once he got the listing contract signed and refused to cooperate with the buyers agents when we did receive offers which hindered my ability to sell.

Chris is a horrible agent with a LOT of talk. I do NOT recommend him.
