Counterfeit Product & Dangerous Lack of Accountability from RM365 – dr ezio giulio landi

My name is dr ezio giuliolandi, owner of VitaBella Clinic in Dublin, and I am writing this to warn other clinics and professionals about my recent experience with RM365 regarding counterfeit medical products and their alarming lack of responsibility.

I have been a loyal RM365 customer for many years without incident. In December 2025, I received a batch of Teoxan RHA2. Upon opening, I immediately noticed that one of the boxes (the one on the left in my attached photos) was clearly different from genuine products:

Missing ® Trademark: The counterfeit RHA2 box lacked the registered trademark symbol, which is always present on authentic Teoxane products.
Suspicious Supplier Address: The box listed a supplier based in the Netherlands. This matches the shipping origin of my orders, strongly suggesting this is where RM365 sources their products.
Box & Print Quality: The counterfeit box had different color, texture, and print quality compared to the genuine one.
Syringe Plunger & Needles: The plunger design was totally different and felt cheaper, and the needles inside were not consistent with the real product.
Batch Numbers & Packaging: The batch/lot numbers and packaging style were inconsistent with authentic Teoxane products.

As a medical professional, patient safety is my top priority. I immediately contacted RM365 with detailed photos and a thorough explanation. Shockingly, they refused to investigate, claiming the batch/lot number did not match any supplied by them and that my report was “too late” (over one month after delivery). This is despite clear evidence, my long customer history, and the seriousness of the issue.

I have never previously reported any issues and have always purchased directly from RM365. Their refusal to take responsibility or even investigate a potential counterfeit product is not only unprofessional but outright dangerous. I have reported this to European regulatory authorities and Teoxane for further investigation.

If you value patient safety, product authenticity, and real customer support, I urge you to reconsider using RM365.
Patient safety must always come first. My clinic will never purchase from them again.

Worst international inquiry ever

I've been a customer of this company for over a year and I can say I never had any problems while in the UK, until I placed an order on October 28th for Germany. The company sends my products via Royal Mail, and when it arrives in Germany with DHL, I stayed home all day and nobody delivered the package. I received an email from DHL saying that nobody was home and to check the postal left at the letter box to pick it up/reschedule it. It wasn't in the letter box. The hunt for the package began all over the city, and on the very day I found the post office where it was left, they sent it back to the sender. I contacted Reliable Medicare, who said that as soon as they receive the package and confirm its reshipment, they will contact me. Since then, I've been calling and emailing for updates on the matter, and it seems I have to chase them to find out what's happening. For the reshipment, they asked me to pay for the it, which is RIDICULOUS!! That was not my fault and why did I paid the insurance for??? When I requested a refund for the products, the receptionist Rebecca replied to me in the phone and to my email that “Due to the nature of our products, our policy unfortunately does not allow for refunds on these items. Once products have left our supply chain, we are unable to assure products are of acceptable quality and have been stored as per manufacturer’s advice. In the interests of patient safety, returned products cannot be resold.” How can I keep products that have been in transit since September, going through various temperatures and short expiring date? They don’t care about their clients health at all. I believe that the employees themselves are unaware of the policy stated on the website, as it does not correspond with what I was told. I have called countless times, and they only tell me to wait 2 hours for an answer and never get back to me. The last replying email I received was on November 19th from Senior Manager Zoe, who says she is still waiting for the Royal Mail Manager to provide detailed information about what happened with my order. What a shame as was not even their fault!!! How can they do the job properly if not even paying attention to the problem… This company only demonstrates a lack of professionalism, as they are not even aware of the policy stated on the website, a disinterest in solving problems that are not even created by customers, useless customer service. In addition to all this, the company still keeps the purchase price and the products. I thought the company represented much more than that, I DO NOT recommend it!! Still waiting for the refund/reshipment…

Fake ? Reconditionned ? Out of date products !!

I ordered two times to this shop. The first time, my products arrived opened and it seems already used. After several exchanges, the merchant finally agreed to change them...
Second order, I received some products which were out of date !! Considering the life span of cosmetics, I am worried how long they were kept in their drawers !!
Anyway, I contacted them and was told I should learn how to read: it was apparently written that the expiry date was coming veeeeeeeery quickly !
Was it added in the description after my complain, I do not know. All I know is this website is cheating and maybe reselling fake or reconditioned products
Pass your road if you don't want to lose your money and keep your skin !

This company is full of crap!

I placed an order on this website on March 11, 2022.At that time, due to the COVID-19 epidemic, the package did not arrive in my town until the end of July, during which time no Courier called me to tell me that the package had arrived. It was not until less than a week later that I checked the logistics information of the package and found that the package was already on the way to be returned.Therefore, I have contacted the express company and RM365 as soon as possible, and the express company replied that the parcel had been on the plane and could not be sent back. ZOE, the customer service of RM365, told me that they would give me after-sales service after receiving the package. Ok! So I waited another year! On May 19, 2023, ZOE told me that they finally received the package, but they would destroy the package if I don't pay for the re-delivery fee!!! I don't accept this because this is not my fault!!! So I asked them to refund or ask the express company to make compensation, but they refused to refund and told me that the express company could not handle this order because it took too long!!!!! But it was ZOE who told me before that she would handle this package after receiving it!! As of August 3rd, their last email told me that they can not deal with this anymore, and hope that I can have a good experience by placing orders on their website in the future!!!!!!!! How funny of this company!!!!!!!! Full of crap!! I paid for the products and I didn't get it and I didn't get the refund!!!!

Monument and fraud... Careful.

I placed an order on December 31, 2022, and requested shipping to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, but due to circumstances I do not know, the shipment was suspended by DHL, and I returned to the company again, and so far I have not refunded my money... This is fraud. I contacted them and sent hundreds of messages. They told me to send another address to Germany. And I paid for DHL shipping again, and I did not receive my order. Beware, this site is a fraud

Amazing company!

Amazing company, I collected my products from the French office, the staff and service was simply impeccable. I usually place orders online but now that I have seen you can pick up in France, the whole experience has just been pleasant. I would definitely be recommending to all.

Avoid this seller!

I ordered through the Irish website, as I live in the EU. I was suprised to be contacted by the custom asking for a lot of different documents as these are medical grade products. In the end they could not be imported to Portugal. I asked the couried to return to sender.

This happened as the producs were sent from the UK which was not made clear when I made the order.

The company refused to refund me stating they cannot accept the product back due to improper storage during transit! I feel if you sell medical produst it is your responsibility to assure correct storage during transit! We pay a lot for delivery fees assuming we will receive a product that can be used..

The process to get my delivery took over 2 months during which time I was ignored by the custumer service a numbe rof times and in the end had to pay another 30euros for another delivery.

I did receive the products after more than 2 months being in transit and coould not use them as they were not stored corectly , so this was a huge waste of money, time and furstration for me.
I do not recomend this company, there are better and cheaper EU companies that you can buy the same producs from.
