What a great team. Real enthusiasts who went above and beyond my expectations.
I initially called on Saturday (20th June) at 8.15am with a view to travelling to view and hopefully purchase a Giant Defy Advanced Pro 1 that they had for a great price.
I thought it was too much to ask for a bike to be set-up and pdi'd on the same day. I was wrong! Over the phone Big Tom asked me to take some measurements from my current bike and he then went off to check suitability And confirmed the size that they had was good for me and yes they could do everything if I could get there.
From the moment me and my wife entered the store I realised we had come to a special place. Such a warm welcome from Callum offering hot drinks while we waited for Big Tom who was at lunch. Little Tom started a bike fit before Big Tom took over. Tweaks were made the stem length was changed all the time observing and checking my setup.
So much advice about shoes, cleats cycle computers with no pressure to buy.
A run down on how everything worked and advice for the future for my new bike followed as Big Tom completed the pdi.
We left RM cycles feeling the 5 hour round trip was 200% worth it.
Totally different to main dealer experiences.
If you want a 5* experience my advice would be to contact RM Cycles.

Ordered giant trance 2. Had 60% off. Built and arrived in less than 1 week. Everything was made up well and in full working order. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Good advice, well priced, very quick delivery.
The bike was well set up with sealant in the tyres. The cabling was neat at the handlebars (unlike some I've seen).
Recommended.

Easy purchase and fast delivery. Also this is the cheapest that I could get in the country.

Tremendous value for money
Placed my order on a Sunday, received a confirmation email next day and would have received the bike on the following Friday had it not been for APC not being able to deliver, which I was informed of and the re-delivery was carried out on the Monday. Fantastic value bike, almost too good to be true, but it was!

Great bike
Purchased a e-bike through the cycle to work scheme and from start to finish dealing with RM cycles. Mike and Tom made buying the bike a seamless and easy experience. Which was great as I live over 150 miles away. The bike purchased was a fantastic price. A couple of hundred quid cheaper than anywhere else and I know I'd spent weeks looking for a bike and in the end found a total bargain. The service and communication has been excellent. Can't fault them and if I were going to buy another bike I would definitely go to them first
