After relocating to a new home, we required a complete revamp to switch from an outdated water heater to a combi boiler. Based on a friend's suggestion, we contacted RM facilities, and they exceeded our expectations brilliantly! The phone process was smooth, and they promptly scheduled a consultation to discuss costs. Impressively, they completed the installation within the week. Their service was superb, with courteous and efficient workers who kept us informed throughout the process. We are beyond satisfied with their work and the reasonable pricing. Highly recommended!

We have just had our boiler removed from upstairs and a new one put in downstairs in the kitchen.

R&M were absolutely amazing fitting our new boiler. They communicated with us the day before for a time of arrival and arrived on time.

Brian was really helpful and gave a really thorough explanation of all the works to be carried out and after care.

Matt and his apprentice Oli worked incredibly well together, and the time and effort Matt put in, not only in completing the works, but to upskill the apprentice who was already skilled in his trade.

The work was completed to a extremely high standard. All the pipework is neat, all the patch work required was finished off correctly and everywhere was left clean & tidy.

I will definitely be using these for any works going forward and having our boiler services yearly by R&M facilities Management Limited.

The best service I ever have, very friendly professional team. Jobs done on time, very happy customer. Highly recommended.

Had a new boiler fitted today and wanted to thank Warmzilla for sending Matt from R&M Property Services. Great communication from both Ben at Warmzilla and Matt the Engineer. Matt arrived when he said and worked non stop. Our house was left as they found it and Matt went out of his way to explain our new boiler and controls. Warmzilla offer a very competitive price and a complete, efficient service. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Had my 20 years old boiler changed to a combi boiler， 3 guy come in the morning 8:00 am and finish within a day.

Matthew, Bryan & Ollie turned up when expected and managed to replace our 20+ year old boiler with a brand new one and moved it to another room in one day.
They are lovely to chat to and were really respectful of our home. They made sure to lay sheets over the floor and when cleaning up afterwards would ask us if we were happy with the result.
I would 100% recommend R&M Facilities Management for any gas/boiler work.

We recently moved into a new property and needed a full conversion done to fit a combi boiler from the old water heater system, we got in touch with RM facilities as recommended by a friend and they were absolutely fantastic! No hassle on the phone got us booked in straight away to take a look and talk prices and were out within the week to do it absolutely fantastic service. They were polite and efficient with the job keeping us updated throughout the whole fitting can’t recommend them enough and really good price too, very happy overall!

I honestly cannot fault these guys. They gave advice on which boiler was going to best suit my needs and sorted an exchange from the original one picked. They were friendly explained what they were doing at each stage and treated my home as if it was their own being very tidy and taking care. The day was longer than originally planned but they remained cheerful and completed the job to a high standard with no short cuts still explained how everything worked and even gave advice on removing a fire. Would have no hesitation in having them back

Rob and Matthew came to replace my boiler. Arrived on-time as agreed. Within the hour they had dismantled my old boiler and prepared the space for my new boiler. However, this did not arrive.
After a number of telephone calls my boiler arrived. Rob and Matthew quickly got to work. They had already lost 3 hours through no fault of their own. They were very professional and very conscientious and was determined to complete this job before leaving my property. They were very thorough and careful with every step. I would definitely recommend them. They made sure that my house was cleaned and that everything was working well before leaving my property. Even after they had finished I had a few issues and was able to contact them direct for their support. Excellent workmanship. Thank you again.

Had the pleasure of meeting the 3 guys that came to fit my new Boiler today ...apart from making them a Brew ...the whole thing was exceptional got on with the job quietly and professionally and had it completed in the day and cleaned up so well you couldn't tell anyone had been in nevermind replacing a boiler .....I would definitely recommend these guys

Brilliant work crew and highly appreciated for their professionalism. They have managed to complete the change of my old heat/water system to a combination boiler with seamless process within a day. They also help to remove my water cylinder and obsoleted water pipe. Able to get my old shower system works with the combi boiler. They also tell me how to operate my heating system after the installation. Excellent and tidy work! Even help me to clean up before leaving my house which exceeded our expectation.
We can now enjoy stable and powerful warm water for shower at the upper floor. Well done to the team! Highly recommended their services for others.

After a lot of tooing and frowing with our boiler engineer these guys came and accessed and sourced a gas leak. They were extremely professional, polite and courteous. They had to pull carpets and floorboards up which they replaced as good as new. Highly recommended
