miss-addressed package, emailed immediately, no response until 4 days later when they got the miss-addressed package back. The credit card went through, so they damn well had the correct address available. Bad joke.

Talked to your warehouse manager 3…
Talked to your warehouse manager 3 times and have not received my product yet even though I was assured that my order was on the way. Last time I was told the manager in charge was in a meeting and he would call me as soon as he got out of his meeting, but he did not call me back as was promised. I called the next day and didn’t get a response and left a message to get back with me, but so far no one has responded.

To date (12/26/25) I haven't received my order that was promised to be delivered 12/19/ 12/22. It was to be a Christmas gift and that promise was why I ordered it. You got your payment right away so why not keep your promise? I replied to the email but got no response at all. No customer service at all.

Bad Customer Service
My original order was stuck in Texas for weeks and it took forever for customer service to fix the problem. I had ordered well ahead of time and ended up running out of my supplement that is essential for my health.
