Long time loyal customer of theirs until now. Such appalling customer services, lack of training and zero accountability. Quite disappointed and definitely never going to purchase again.

Purchased jumpers and a couple of T-shirts about 3 months ago , and wow! The clothing has been washed exactly as the label recommends (no dryer, sun-dried, etc.), yet the jumper already looks years old and not presentable. It’s faded, and the material looks worn. The same goes for the T-shirts ,they’ve shrunk ( after 3 washes ). I definitely won’t be spending my money on RM clothing never again. Extremely disappointed with the poor quality!

I’ve been a loyal R.M. Williams customer for years, but their service has completely deteriorated. I emailed them three times between July 25 and August 9 about a straightforward relasting request for two pairs of boots, but not a single reply. Even copying their parent company, Tattarang, made no difference.

For a premium Australian brand that charges premium prices and trades on its heritage and trust, silence and zero customer care are unacceptable. R.M. Williams has lost the quality, responsiveness, and respect it once stood for. I won’t be purchasing from them again.

Terrible service - avoid! Sales person made a big deal about the sizing needing to be smaller than other brands, used their sizing tool in store and advised that I should buy smaller than I felt I needed because they would definitely stretch. When it turned out the boots were much too tight they refused to engage and offered no refund or trade up because it was outside of the returns window. The staff in the shop were extremely rude and dismissive. For such expenses boots would really expect much better customer care, advice and service. Would never buy anything from them again. Look at Fairfax & Favor instead!

Staff are very well trained. The range of footwear and clothing has some anchor perennials but also seasonal variations. The products are classic in design and well made.

The quality of the shoes and the experience of buying it from the offical store, I am wearing Chelsea Boots for a while but since I have strated wearing RMs its no going back to any other brand.

RMWilliams is doing everything well.
The shop service, the packaging, the quality, the items are direct and pared back, minimalist - but a minimalism that exceeds the majority.
RMWilliams is enough, and for me that is what the world needs to get back to - enough.

The Quality speaks for itself, knowing that whatever i buy in store is going to last. Thats why I choose RM.

I bought a pair of comfort craftsman boots in chestnut brown in Sydney. They are fantastic, very comfortable. I liked them so much, I bought a black pair in London, same size, same boots, just a different colour. This pair are the most uncomfortable pair of boots I have ever bought. Not acceptable for a £400+ pair of boots. Inconsistent.

RM Williams offers some truly amazing products!

I have only bought two pairs of shoes from them, and both are of very high quality in terms of material and comfort.

I’ve also bought a fair amount of apparel from them, but I’ve had mixed reviews. Some t-shirts have worn out after just a couple of washes, while the shirts and pants are perfectly fine. Regardless, the brand offers a wide variety of styles and choices.

The sales consultant knew the products I wanted and was very helpful.

Good products and instore service is OK. BUT when there is a problem, trying to get in touch through the website, support does not exist. Emailed them with a problem, no response. Emailed again, still nothing. It is extremely difficult to contact them due to work, so online is the best option but nothing comes back.

If you don't have any problems you will love it, but if you need to contact them, don't even bother. A real shame.

I like the RM brand due to most of the RM Williams products are Australian made. Excellent quality that will last for years to come. Supporting Australian workers to make Australian made products.

I have 2 pairs of RM Williams boots and I love my recent purchase of boots. I have them I my feet every single day.

I would love for my wife to get a pair of boots but price is her issue.

I would like another pair of boots to be honest. Hopefully I can win a pair through the outback magazine I also read. Can only try.

Second hand reconditioned boots I think RM Williams should sell at a much cheaper price. There is a market for that.

A loyalty program for customers? Cheaper prices. I’d be in on that.

Having started a tradition with our 3 kids to receive a pair of RM boots for there upcoming wedding I decided I wanted pair myself. My husband always had his pair and I thought Mehhhh I don’t need them ,what makes them so special? Until my husband bought me a pair for my birthday omg why did I leave it so long to own a pair.
Honestly the craftsman ship in each pair of boots the way they hug your foot in areas you’ve never felt before . They truly are an investment and I’m now looking at buying myself a second pair , black ones. They truly are something special .

Every shop I have visited have been super polite, helpful and it has genuinely made it a great experience.
The shout in Mount Gambier has amazing staff who go above and beyond what is expected to help.

My first interaction with RM Williams was getting their boots issued to me in army. I've been love with their comfort and shape ever since. I now own several boots and I'll never look back.

A friend of mine bought a pair of the comfort craftsmen a few years back, 2019 I think.

I was in Australia with work in Oct 24, and I messaged him to ask how they were holding up, as i wanted to buy a pair, but wondered if the quality matched their price.

He sent me a picture of them, 5yrs later they looked in fantastic condition. Clearly lived in and worn, but i was surprised at how good they still looked! He told me he wears them daily and they're the comfiest, most durable boot he owns.

I bought a pair of them on that alone. He was right, from the leather, to the comfort of the boot and the insole, and the rugged yet really comfortable heel and sole, when I first tugged them on with the pull tags, you could tell these were something special.

They're phenomenal boots, scuff em? Buffs out with the leather wax, if you want! The wear gives them character and the boots moulded to my feet over the next week or so, to leave me in awe of just how comfortable these are.

They were so good in chestnut brown i bought a pair in black.

Seriously these boots are worth every accolade they've earned.
