Robbie was the most accommodating when providing the iconic Porsche 356 Speedster for a wedding. It was the perfect car top off the feel to a perfect country wedding. Car was in perfect condition too and ran like a charm.

Truly amazing experience. I contacted Robbie fairly last minute looking to organise a surprise for a 100th birthday. We wanted an E type Jag. Can't praise Robbie enough - excellent communication from start to finish, nothing was too much. Robbie even chauffeured himself and was so lovely with the birthday boy! Highly recommend RNG Classics.

Having rented classic cars from most options in London, I wanted to try something new, so I rented a Porsche 356 Speedster from Robbie at RNG Classics. From start to finish, Robbie was absolutely phenomenal. He was super quick to respond, always available, and truly a passionate car enthusiast with an incredible stable of classic cars.

The level of personal service Robbie provided was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. His dedication to ensuring a perfect rental experience was evident in every interaction. He even went above and beyond by driving me back to the airport in an Audi SQ8!

We had zero issues and the whole experience was fantastic. From the admin of getting the car to us on the day at the correct time, to the car itself. All was fantastic

Robbie is a pro. The car was great, the communication and ease of booking is superb. We had the best time with the e type jag and will be back for further bookings!!! There are so many people who make this sort of thing difficult.. these guys don’t. Do not look any further.

Back in 2023, my family booked me in to drive RNG Classic's Jaguar XJS for a day as a birthday present. Unfortunately, just a few days before I was due to pick up the car, I broke my ankle so had to postpone the experience.

By the time my ankle had healed, the XJS had developed some faults and so was out of action. Robbie, kindly offered some rather lovely alternative vehicles instead, but my heart was set on the XJS, so we postponed again.

When the time came, the XJS was still unavailable and again, Robbie offered to send me out in one of the other vehicles - this time for free! And I'd STILL be able to take the XJS out when it became available.

So, on a gloriously sunny winter's day, I had 4 hours cruising around the countryside in a convertible E-Type Jaguar!

The E-type was beautiful, smooth and a real pleasure to drive. You feel really connected to the driving unlike what you experience in more modern cars with their power steering, traction control and various other driving aids. I loved it!

Then, 2 days ago, I finally got to drive in the XJS! It was brilliant. The 4 speed auto was very responsive and the car was a joy to drive. A wonderful GT cruiser and just brilliant on the various A roads that criss-cross the Kent countryside.

Robbie, has been extremely helpful and accommodating with everything. He is very knowledgeable about cars and it's been a real pleasure chatting with him about all sorts of different cars and motoring in general.

I can't recommend RNG Classics highly enough. Great cars, great service!

5 stars isn’t enough! Having hired RNG Classics, Robbie, in October 2022 for a multi-day driven trip to Bath and The Cotswolds with (airport transfer), I could not wait to do it again in May 2024. Just returned from a 5 day trip, where my friend and I were hosted to a magical and memorable Holiday.
The selection of Cars and the level of personal customer service is unparalleled to any other car hire I’ve used. Robbie, has the most lovely demeanor and my friend I felt safe and cared for us as if we were lifelong friends! RNG, is a family operated small business that I will continue to patron, support and can recommend easily and with glowing positivity.

Hired the Jaguar E type for a weekend away with the wife and couldn’t have been happier with the car and the service from start to finish.

I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect having never hired or driven an E type before (or any classic car for that matter) but Robbie was extremely helpful, professional and patient, taking the time to talk me through the options and details.

After making the booking, communication from Robbie was excellent all the way to the day of pick up. And boy, was I glad I went for Jag (a car I’ve always lusted after)! The car was simply stunning in the flesh and then there was the drive itself. They say never meet or drive your car heroes but this wasn’t the case with the E type. It’s a truly special, special car - smooth, powerful and brimming with character. And after a wonderful weekend away with it, I was sad to give the keys back but what a truly memorable experience - proper bucket list stuff!

Would thoroughly recommend RNG to anybody who wants a seamless and unforgettable classic car experience.

I booked the Mustang for a special weekend getaway. What a car. What a drive. What an adventure. Rob was really helpful with the up front planning, friendly, timely and clearly very passionate about his business. He’s building something special here - fulfilling the dreams of those who want access to the best, high quality classic cars across the UK. Count me in. I highly recommend RNG Classics for anyone who looking for a sense of nostalgia and a brief escape from everyday life.

Booked RNG’s Rolls Royce for my daughter’s wedding. A few days before the event I was told it was unavailable and was offered an alternative. Fair enough in itself and, although not ideal, I had few choices at that point and accepted the Mustang. However, the vehicle became completely undriveable on the journey to the wedding, bride on-board. I accept breakdowns can occur, but my dissatisfaction is with RNG’s refusal to provide any refund of the hirer fee. Initially things progressed professionally, and I was told that I should be entitled to some level of refund and there was even the mention of a further gesture of goodwill. However, as the weeks went by the tone of communications changed with increasing, albeit indirect, comments to the effect that the failure was in some manner my fault. It appeared water ingression into the electrical system was the problem although how RNG felt I was responsible, or could have avoided this, was never made clear. It appears being caught in the rain (not totally unlikely in the UK) is a hirer’s risk! After 9 weeks RNG finally returned the security deposit but were still unforthcoming on my request (and their initial offer) of a refund of my hirer fee. When pressed, they even wrote that the repair bill might be “… coming your way”. Finally, they stated that no refund of my hirer fee would be made and included a touching indication of their attitude to clients with the statement “Of course you will tell us that you did all the right things, people always do”. Further, they wrote that their legal representative would get in touch, presumably to address my refund request. Since then, and despite reminders, more than 3 months have passed without any contact from their representative. Looking at other negative reviews, I expect RNG will attempt to create an alternative narrative. Readers can draw their own conclusion. In my opinion, very much not recommended.

Robbie was super responsive and helpful in making the plans, also very friendly and clearly passionate about what he does and classic cars!
My boyfriend was absolutely stoked. The car was in very good nick and drove like a dream.
