Really bad. They took my money and never refunded me £200 they charged me incorrectly when I never received meals from them.
Customer service is bad- daisy and Samuel. None of them willing to process my refund. They had offered me discount and then charged me for meals when I skipped the weeks!!!

Do not bother. Repetitive food, not great flavours. They were much better as RNS. Worst customer service. I sent in a cancellation notice and they hid a cancellation link in paragraphs of text and offers to keep me. Missed the link, as it wasn’t clear and they charged me. Contacted them before delivery, and they only partially refunded me. Despite canceling three weeks in advance. Shady tactics to get money from customers.

Would never use them again! Don’t waste your time.

Really good food and saved me so much time with my busy uni schedule. Have beeen recommending these guys to all of my fellow uni students and if like me you are very busy, I urge you to try this service and you will not regret it!

Dreadful website. Food is ok but very repetitive with lack of flavour in some or most dishes. Lots of salt which does overbear the dishes.

Signed up to the 25% off deal but was charged full price twice. Had to chase to get a refund and has been sorted in the end. Unfortunately I won’t be carrying on as it’s expensive for what it is after the discount. Granted food prices have rocketed recently, but would rather cook. Nice to try it though.

I've had 4 boxes delivered, one was a day late the rest were on time.

I've been ordering vegan meals so can't comment on meat quality but my main complaint is that each meal tastes the same. They don't taste of what they are supposed to be, they just taste like salt. The chick'n paprikash was the saltiest of the lot.

So I decided to cancel, since they advertise how there's no commitment involved. I spent a good ten minutes hunting around the site trying to find out how. No mention of it in the FAQs and nowhere in the client account to cancel. This I find really poor business practice.

I had to write to customer services to ask how to cancel my subscription. I got a reply within a few hours (the response time seems to have improved from others experience) with a long spiel about how I was giving up a HUGE discount I'd never get that back and how I'd be missing out on wonderful meals and I could just skip a week if I had too many meals but if I insisted on cancelling then here's the link. So I have now been able to cancel, however it should be much easier than this!

I received a text message confirming the delivery slot on the day of delivery. The portion size is just ideal as I haven't snacked on anything else so I've been super healthy by staying on track. The calorie and nutritional content gives me a better idea of what I'm putting into my body. The Cuban black bean bowl is my absolute favourite so far! I could still taste the spices hours after my meal! Divine! I'm so excited to try the other meals I have selected 😊. Oh each meal has it's own colour packaging which makes it easier to see. The packaging is also environmentally friendly. Top marks so far guys!

The simmer website is limited and not a pleasant experience to use. Twice my food was not delivered on the week that my payment was taken and I was sent incorrect meals every now and then.

The food is nice and the quality is high but the overall experience left a lot to be desired, and after joining on a promotional offering I am in the process of cancelling my subscription (cancelling is also very difficult to do)

Disgusting (yes, and ill say it again and again everywhere) lowest quality microwave food priced at 7£ a meal...beyond ghastly and appalling, meals lack several ingredients shown on website, mostly loaded with red cabbage, chicken tastes off, and the food is either bland and lacking any flavor or unnecessarily overpowered with some flavor enhancing powder while being over cooked and mushy. And its soo funny how they are capitalizing on them being a "mom/home cooked" meal thing, cuz its one thing to think your moms food is sensational, and its another to force that narrative onto customers... absolutely delusional. also there's absolutely no way to cancel the subscription from website even though its marketed as cancel anytime.
For 7£, ill go get something from Waitrose or m&s, at least that won't make my stomach churn

I had my delivery of my weeks meals this morning….it was around 12pm so had to tuck into a meal straight away. I had the burrito and rice and it was absolutely DIVINE! My main premise for getting these meals was portion control and just being more organised with my meals….Don’t know how you do it but it was sensational!
Who knew you could get so much flavour into meal planning!
Can’t wait for my dinner meal already!!
