I thought I was signed up but no.
I thought I was signed up and had chosen a package and received a receipt and then I started getting more texts from the doctor and had to choose a different plan. I was asked for payment for the new plan and then received a second receipt for payment. I’m not sure what I’ll receive or how much it will cost. It was very confusing.

Beware of hidden costs
Beware of hidden costs. I thought that I had thoroughly researched before I committed to ro. Behold! After 4 weeks Im being charged a $ 145 fee each month for support services. These actual support is minimal and not worth a dime. You can't get a refund!

You cannot speak to an individual person
I have tried to reach out to individual people, but you don’t have a search engine where you can ask specific questions. I’d like to get my prescription so I can get the medicine to my local pharmacy. No one has responded.

They re-used a tracking number from 2025 (its 2026) and lied about shipping my order. I have to dispute the charges with my credit card. Never got the medication or a response from them. Scam.
