This hack of a company is the WORST…
This hack of a company has the WORST customer service i have encountered in quite some time. I knowingly pre-ordered two puzzles by an artist i love... 7/23. To ship the end of august. I sent an email inquiring 9/11... please reconsider before ordering from this company. Awful. Blatantly RUDE is a huge understatement. Their website is awful. no tracking. I let the artist know as well... as he should not have to have his name tied to such a lacking company. if you can even call it that. DO NOT Recommend at all. After our exchange they canceled my order of a limited edition puzzle that was to be a gift. Blamed covid. when its their lack of info on their website... lack of communication along the way... then the obnoxious exchange when making a simple inquiry. Karen must have been on the other end of my exchange. DONT WASTE your time or money.
