called jerome, the owner and he would not pay for return. Cost me 30.00 to return. they have a corporate shipping account I am sure but jerome was totlly unhelpful.
Ordered one of this companies products. Item was Advertised as £96.13, in the Basket the price was £96.88, at Checkout it jumped to £113.80, add shipping and it came to £152.37, No additional information about possible customs charges when I read through all the info available on their website despite all the countries they made out to be trading in and to. Delivered to my home the courier wouldn't release it before payment of £30 stating Additional Customs Charges so the total ended up at £182.37...£86.24 more than the price advertised. As they say...Buyer Beware!. Emailed the company to ask for a return/refund as they offer on their site and never heard a thing from them.
