Fantastic products with an even better…

Fantastic products with an even better after sales service. Currently in Spain but Steve got straight in to it remotely and tweaked a few numbers. His correspondence was on point within minutes and he chased me. Above and beyond service. Thank you. Appreciated. Nicky Clarke

Best LiFePo4 batteries on the market

Best batteries on the market, quality product with an even better customer service ! Can't fault them and would highly recommend to anyone wishing to upgrade their battery setup to Lithium.

Great battery which has made our van much more versatile

Managed to successfully change our insipid 95 ah lead acid leisure battery with a super 460 ah Roamer battery with limited hassle. Battery has made such a difference to the usability of our van- no more running out of power on 2nd night of an off grid stay (Which is why we made the change). Used the technical support line a number of time who satisfy my queries in a helpful although gruff manner. The app to manage the battery is great leaving no more guessing how much power is left. Would recommend Roamer batteries to everyone.

Amazing service!

Absolutely spot on for customer service. Answered all my questions and gave me plenty of advice before I finally pulled the trigger on a Smart5 144. I’m sure I made a fair nuisance of myself, but nothing was too much trouble.

Once I placed my order (I’m sure Chris would describe it as “finally”…😂) comms were spot on, keeping me updated all the way. Once the battery was in the warehouse the guys pulled out all the stops to get to me before Christmas.

Dropped the new battery in today. Sizing and connections all exactly as expected, setup was easy, and the battery is now happily charging ready for a first trip away.

Can’t rate Roamer’s service highly enough. If the battery performance is on par I’ll be a very happy bunny.
