Really impressed with this tiny tracker. I bought a 6-pack and absolutely love it. It works well and does exactly what I need. I did need a bit of help setting it up with Android (Google Find My), but the company responded really quickly and were super helpful.

Overall, great product and great customer support, I’d definitely recommend it.

I am fairly new to the world of smart trackers but I found these to be excellent quality and work really well. I know that different people have different needs and for me these worked far better than expected. They were easy to synchronise with FindMy, I would then easy to operate and easy to remember how to turn off and on. They also don’t automatically require a carry case or some description. All great benefits. Initially, how I expected them to be used of me did change. However, I was able to realise they could be colour codes to my needs and whether I wanted them hidden or seen.

I have quite a number of medical conditions so how things are used is always relevant to me. Not only for tracking medical equipment that costs a lot of money but physically how I can manage any device. Even with my still and sore hands, I could use them, place them and turn them on and off very easily which was fantastic! Not much more infuriating than buying something that you can’t use because your body won’t cooperate! I note that yes, it’s a bit harder for the phone to scan the QR codes on the back of the darker colour trackers but, I also know they were working on that issue when I let them know! I had a few questions for customer service and they were so incredibly quick and responsive with been thorough but not patronising! After that, I had only had to contact them because I wanted the company to know how valuable I’d found the experience with these trackers and encourage them.

I was grateful to have a fantastic experience and also let the company know that I had considered other locations for additional trackers. I have even thought of methods (and followed through with) aspects around my physical safety especially in the community but also for safety in my home after various incidents previously and growing up.

For me, everything had gone far better than I expected and I am very thankful for this opportunity to be an early adopter for Roam Smart Trackers and I have found these exceptional for use in the wide range of situations in my life.

I received the package after all and the product is okay. However, the backers had to pay twice for shipping, and I still don't know why. I asked twice in emails to the founder, but still no reply about this. Also, customer care is very disappointing, having to put a lot of pressure to have a only a partial refund for extra shipping. As I said, the product works, but the customer service is actually bad. I would wait for other options in the future instead of buying from them again.
