Ok all the product is excellent

great bird feeder - squirrels have looked at it several times but obviously realise its not for them !!
small birds are beginning to use it and I'm really pleased.

Very pleased with my 4 feeders birds love them. Although l must say you still get bit of mess on the floor as birds have no table manners and drop some food which is cleaned up by the ground feeders. No matter what you do you will never stop it. I have recommended these feeders to a couple of friends and they have purchased some. I have cut all my tubes in half making the complete feeder approximately 32cm perfect size as l don’t have a large amount of bird. Think the would sell well if you produced them l now you do the compact size but for some people it’s still a bit big . Sorry to go on but overall I am very impressed by your product

I had a faulty lid and screws that were attached and I was asked to return it to Roamwild
It was returned very quickly and is now perfect again and is back on my arch window feeder which is making the birds very happy (and me!) 😁

The quality of the products is very high and they look very classy in the garden. Not the cheapest, but worth the extra as they keep the pigeons and squirrels off, despite a few attempts from both. No interest (yet) from the Jackdaws, but they will try eventually and the feeders look like being up to the job of keeping them away. I was worried about the slightly bigger songbirds not getting into the Butter feeder but so far Dunnocks, Greenfinches and Nuthatches have all been quite happy. One thing to note, the butter feeders 'only' come in gold or platinum - we were lucky choosing gold for our PestOff 3 feeders, which we bought first. I would have been disappointed had we gone for a different colour (close call) to find that we couldn't get a match.

Ordered some seed clips for my roam wild pest off bird feeder. Customer services confirmed they would fit. They did not. Still chasing my refund 6 months later. Absolutely shocking service.

We already have a roamwild bird feeder, they are the best. I have now bought three more for birthday presents for friends.

I think this bird feeder is just what I was looking for. What attracted me most to it is the 'no mess' feature. I should like to mention, it is a tall item. All the components are thoughtfully designed and appear very durable. I would recommend this product to others. Nice colour too! The birds seem very happy with it and now more are visiting the garden.

I find as long as you keep the cats away, birds will visit and to keep them there all you have to do is provide fresh water and clean, 'safe' food, not hanging too low and not near branches that a cat could perch on.

Easy to assemble and a hit with birds.
Product does the job. Is easy to take apart and clean.
