Customer service is non existent.

Ordered their product on 11/21/25. Sent emails and made phone calls from 11/21/25-12/1/25 to cancel order and return to initiate a refund. Their customer service is non existent, no replies whatsoever. Their goal is to lure you in, purchase the product, take your money and never have contact with you again.

Trying to get a refund…

I had great communication with the company when asking product information. But when I asked for my money back, they do not respond whatsoever. I have tried reaching them several ways (phone calls/emails) for several days. No response. If anyone knows of someway to contact them. The people buy from these company's because they claim to be honest as per their website. Online shopping is the new way to buy, but it seems it's just a way to rip off people. Surely there is something that can be done, there has to be some entity to regulate or investigate these companies. Maybe be investigated or sign some document or agreement before they are allowed to sell online. Pass or meet certain criteria and held liable/responsible. We are not here to just give away our money.

Don't buy. All the complaints are true

Hate to say this company has terrible customer service and doesn't honor it's refund policies just like everyone says. Buyer beware, finding something else

I own three of these. The first two for for a 2023 Audi RS7 and a 2019 Ford Transit Connect work perfectly. The one I got recently for my new 2025 Audi RSQ8 has never worked. Seems like their software isn't compatible with the new SFD security on the Audis

I let customer support know as soon as I got the product and realized it didn't work and asked for an exchange

Instead, they had me jump through all these hoops taking photos and uploading videos showing that the device was putting the car in limp mode onlu when it was installed

I sent them everything they asked for and asked for them to either refund or exchange it. They escalated to their tech team who wanted me to use a multimeter to test their jank product for them. I don't own a multimeter and I'm not going to do their quality controls job for them unpaid

I told them I don't own one and that they either needed to exchange or refund the product and to send me a shipping label

Communication was always SLOW with them since they take forever to respond via email and won't answer the phone for me

However now that they don't have any more hoops they can try to make me jump through they have just started ignoring me completely. I waited almost 2 weeks from my refund request email with no response, so I emailed them again on a Monday demanding a refund or exchange by the end of the week or I would have to ask for a charge back from the credit card company

Another week has went by and zero contact from the company. No honoring their return policy. No honoring their product warranty
