This is a company that you don't want to do returns with,tells you about custom. if you have to return an item its at no cost to them. Absolute nightmare. I will never order from them again. The quality is poor, this is not UK company.
ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. MY RETURN ITEM IS STILL IN CUSTOM FOR THEM TO COLLECT OVER A MONTH LATER..

Horrible customer service. Products are cheap and look nothing like pics. If you request a refund, they will stop communicating. Worst. Don’t do business with them.

I heard back from roarwild after requesting a refund for the item they sent was nothing like the image or description advertised and which they have my monies for.
You should be aware that their advertisement images is only for reference.
You should be aware that although you purchased a product nothing like you received, they say you are liable for the cost of expensive international shipping costs.
When you do not accept any of their excuses and continue to request a full refund they simply stop communicating.
You will never see your review appear on Pinterest site either as they block all true genuine customers.
Disgraceful how these rogue traders exist and more so how PINTERST allow it.

I bought a jacket from them, the quality was poor so I asked about returning the jacket, they offer me a discount, I said no, I just want to return it.
They put all these demands in place to make it hard to send it back, one is you pay any custom charges they receive for returning it.
Two weeks later in still waiting for a refund. I will not be ordering from them again.
