I paid $39 specifically for the AI photo generation — 40 profile photos, as advertised. What I actually got was a confusing runaround. Instead of just delivering the pictures I paid for, the proces... See more

Great work
Great work from Ben and team behind the scenes, fantastic job on actual photography.
A must for quality photos
AI Generator photos
Based on my experience, I absolutely do not recommend the photo generation service. Poor quality, work definitely done without any commitment. Hope you are not gonna waste your money.

AI photos are terrible
I want to warn anyone who uses there AI photo generation. They provide images on their homepage that looks photorealistic and high quality (I suspect these are real life photos). The photos generated by AI are not good. They obviously look AI generated and "plastic". I would have no issue with this if this is what was described or shown in the marketing materials. Be warned. Do not use the AI photos and think they would be able to be used anywhere online.
Update: I have updated my review to two stars because after seeing this trust pilot review, they reached out and offered me a full refund despite only offering my a partial refund during the regular complaint process. My opinions on the product and the way it's marketing/sold still stands.

Honest feedback with explanation
Honest feedback was essential but saying something is bad without explaining why is meaningless, with this I received a reasonably detailed breakdown on why my photos did not work and what I should do for next time.
They gave an honest constructive…
They gave an honest constructive review. Definitely what I needed. Now I’ve got to step it up. Great experience.
Shady practices
Signed up for a trial as it looked like a fun experience. There are way too many emails/prompts trying to get you to upgrade or review. The insights aren't great if you have some idea about social media already. Anyway, at some point I clicked on a prompt saying I could get to try an enhanced service for free. I clicked on it and today discovered I had a charged fee of £5.99. Excuse me?! This website and their services aren't transparent at all. I can't use services that I need to be cautious on every click for fear of hidden charges. This is supposed to be fun. Never again.

Very helpful reviews
Glad I signed up
Recently divorced after being together for 20 years. Started dating before online dating was a thing so I wanted help on getting back out there. I wanted advice & help for creating a profile that would be successful, I figured it was an investment in myself and it helped me match with some really great women. I had a technical issue along the way and the customer service was really helpful as well. Definitely would recommend if you're on the fence about signing up
Really good looking photos
