I was so happy when my robes came in! I ordered for my 7 bridesmaids in the neutral tan color (though I don’t think that was what the color was actually called). Wonderful quality! Was super excited to find out they have pockets. The cost of getting personalized robes from this site was about $15 cheaper than plain robes from David’s Bridal. Super pleased. Solid 10/10.

i Bought robe understanding the percentage of cotton was written on the website my girlfriend allergic to polyester when robe arrived found the percentages labled different then advertised ? customer service said all garments had lables that showed they were all mislabled? when i called back he pretended to forget about my grevience two days later and nothing could be done! false advertised scammmm

This robe is THE MOST COMFORTABLE ROBE I HAVE EVER HAD! It’s soooo soft! I loved it so much I ordered a couple more for myself and one for all my friends and family!

I’m glad I chose to do business with you. The robes I purchased were beautiful. The embroidery made them even more special. Love that they were long with hoods, helps to keep my girls very warm. Would recommend to anyone that wanted a quality, comfortable robe.

I love Robe Mart but this time I did not receive one of my items. I have emailed and called customer service still do not have a response. Very disappointing.

My wife and I like your robes and would order again but I must say your sizing charts are misleading. We thought that your larges would wrap more around our bodies so we might be returning one of the robes for a larger size. Thank you

Well, i ordered several times. Last order there was a problem with the ship address. The robes are fine, but as soon as you have a problem, the customer service is WORST than HORRIBLE.. Is there another word worse? Now I was going to try again since the robes are fine, but I think they blocked me because I complained. I put something in the cart and it keeps showing cart empty. Very suspicious. Cancel culture at work. Stay away from this company.

Finally a Terry wrap robe that I don't hate! Soft and cuddly and the sleeves are the perfect length. Great woman's robe.

Ordered embroidered silk robes at last minute for daughters bridal party. Emailed next afternoon with name spelling changes. They handled and got robes to me in record time! Great turnaround and customer service! Would use them again!!!

Their website is a little confusing. Once you hit the purchase button, it whirls around and says it's processing your order. I never got a confirmation in two minutes of waiting so I repeated my purchase. It did the same thing, never confirming my purchase. I called the company and he told me to look in my email. Sure enough I had bought it twice. They refunded one and I finally got my purchase but they need to fix their website.

Edit to add: I am still waiting for RobeMart to send me my return label and instructions and I will be so angry if I have to call their customer service yet again.

Their one size sizing doesn’t fit women with larger chests, even when the waist is smaller and within the size measurements of the robe. I even called before ordering and was told there’s no different sizing for men or women’s one size robes. They’re just not meant to fit larger breasts and so fabric from the waist has to be used on the chest and then the waist doesn’t fit. Customer service is bad and they made me pay for shipping for refunds. The customer service guy / manager was rude to me and laughed like a school boy TWICE when I told him the one size didn’t fit larger chested women, said he’s never heard this from anyone before, which is not surprising since he obviously didn’t listen to my feedback. Had to pay for return shipping. Asked to speak to someone higher than him and he said there was no one who would talk to me. Called multiple times and got nowhere. Will NEVER order again.

Terribly disappointed in the size of the "one size" hooded robe. I'm 6ft,220lbs, 36in waist and this robe barely fits around me. I've never had a robe that fits this small in my life!

Great price , fast delivery , really happy with the robes .
Even after a wash n dry they look fabulous . Expect a bit of shrinkage on the 100% cotton but they are really good !!
