The owner is a fraudster. He bought an expensive cardan shaft from my eBay store. He received the shaft, and tracking shows that the item was delivered in December. In January, he wrote that he did not receive it and filed a complaint with eBay that he did not receive it.
I agreed to investigate whether the item was actually not delivered and agreed with the complaint, but the couriers stated that the shipment was delivered.
However, eBay closed the case in his favor and charged me the full amount, over 300 euros.
My experience with this person has been negative, so I do not recommend doing business with him.

How this company has 5 stars I will never know Julian is a rude obnoxious lier and I wouldn't touch him again , he was sorting the v5 out for a car I purchased and it's never been received I've spoken to DVLA several times and they have never received anything from him so at present I don't own my vehicle (3 months later) he's now blocked me because I told him he was rude man so unable to speak to anyone and now I have to fork out £25 pounds as the 6 weeks to register has past he's a obnoxious horrible person and I wouldn't trust him with a barge pole don't buy anything from the dodgy salesman he treats his customers with utter disrespect trading standards have been called too and yes I hope you read his as there is no other form of communication to be had !
I purchased my Suzuki Vitara from them…
I purchased my Suzuki Vitara from them approx 10 weeks ago. To be honest had never driven a car with so many sensors before. I did panic thinking there was a fault with car and not me. The garage was so understanding ran a test on the car cleared everything then phoned me weekly to see what was happening with any alerts. They went over and above to make sure I was happy and comfortable driving the car. The struts on my boot went after 7 weeks they had it straight in and replaced them for me. Brilliant customer service and aftercare.
Friendly but not trustworthy
When we arrived to view a car, the car was already running. We spoke to the team before leaving who just said 'it's there for you, see you in a bit' without indicating any of the issues with the vehicle.
So, we switched it off and tried to switch it back on. The battery was flat, so a man came out to jump start the car, saying 'it's just because it's been sat for a while'.
We take it for a test drive. The suspension was uneven when going over speed bumps, the car squealed when put into reverse, and when my partner took over to drive, he stalled it and it wouldn't restart - so we called to let them know. While waiting for someone to come, we noticed the central locking didn't work and that there were no trade plates in the back window. When someone did come, the jump start kit was not able to bring the battery back online, so we had to abandon the car, unlocked, by the side of the road.
The man who came to help us was very friendly though, and gave us a lift back to our car. Equally, they were kind on the phone when arranging our appointment in the first place.
So, all in all, 5 out of 5 for friendliness, 1 out of 5 for upfront-ness and honesty. If there are any faults with the car that you're buying at all, I would assume that the 1-star reviews are correct and that you should avoid putting down a deposit or trusting what they say (such as, when they say things like 'Oh, the car's just been sat for a while' rather than 'the battery is faulty and needs fully replacing'). Assume what they say is a lie, don't give them a deposit, and you'll probably be fine - IF they're selling a car that's got no problems.

This is a genuine review! All my points on here are 100% truthful. Viewing by appointment only?. Seemed very vocal.. Bought a car recently paid cash plus part/ex. Advertising my part ex car for over £1000 more than they’d given me for it. Once paid for communication seemed to be forwarded to Rachel!! On recently bought car Rear tyre walls were splitting (which was an advisory on last MOT?!) but not even changed before collection. Car I bought hadn’t even had a clean. Tyres at 21 psi instead of at least 33 psi leaving which I had to do! A knocking noise started so took to MY MECHANIC who advised wheel nuts were all loose and this could have been very dangerous! Ac not working on buying car but was told it wasn’t under warranty to fix. They paid for a diagnostic test by their local garage (tip top) which was £48 but refused to pay to fix it! Which left me with the air conditioning bill not them! Kept saying “as a gesture of good will”! You’re quick enough to take our cash off us… Disgusted with the “service”you do not provide! Disgusting! I would give zero stars!! Make sure you check the whole car before accepting... This review is to help enlighten other potential buyers….check everything!
Knew about a issue and not advised
I bought a car which wasn't cheap, I expected it to be in good order. When viewing and collecting it had to be jump started which I didn't think much of it.1l
15 weeks later the battery died and cost me £272 (hybrid car). The car only came with a month warranty, which I thought was not much but couldn't do anything about it. I contacted Roberts to see if they would help me pay but was refused even though the sales man told me they knew about the problem with the battery.
I thought was dealing with a reputable company, if you buy make sure everything is okay before you take off the forecourt
