Don’t even think about buying from these. You get products but no return and low quality, incorrect fitting and SCAM
It’s a scam
It’s a scam, sent a very cheap version of product that did not look like the item ordered. Website looks genuine and I sadly got fooled. Weirdly they responded to request to refund but never provided return address and kept fobbing me off about its greener not to return and offer gift voucher for 60% of original cost.. which would be useless as they are fake and website now is taken down ..
SCAM
SCAM, SCAM, SCAM Order if you want to put your money in the BIN! Quality completely robbish and you will not be able to retur it to Hong Kong or in your cost so you will spend more and they will not send you the refund due to any excuses from them.
SCAM, SCAM, SCAM
Complete and utter SCAM
Complete and utter SCAM. Shop does not exist in Brighton. When clothes do turn up they are truly awful. When trying to return items they will make you an offer to keep the clothes, along with a 10% refund as a goodwill gesture. They use the knowledge that to return the goods to Hong Kong would be pricey.
Absolute scam
Absolute scam. Anyone have any luck with trying to get a refund?
It's a really clever scam
It's a really clever scam. Managed to get my money sent back via the bank but the order turned up a couple of weeks later. The clothes aren't what they made out they were but they aren't bad. If you google image the photos you find the products for a fraction of the cost on Ali express etc - and probably what they are actually worth.
Scam out of Hong Kong
Robinson is not some high quality clothing boutique in Brighton but a Chinese scam out of Hong Kong. Do not fall for it like I did. The jacket I ordered did turn up though but it is not as good as it looked in the pictures and is 100% polyester. I suspect that they knock out cheap copies of the original designs. That’s £70 I’ll never see again.
Avoid, Avoid, Avoid
Appalling, massive rip off, rubbish goods from China that either, in my case, were poor quality, damaged zip and poor quality footwear that doesn’t fit. They try everything to stop returns. Avoid.
Absolutely appalling Do Not buy from…
Absolutely appalling Do Not buy from this site- complete fabrication - not an upmarket UK shop closing down. They are in fact hong kong based exporter. The huge discounts on quality products are a sham. You end up paying over the odds for poor quality products. Mens handcrafted "leather" boots were nothing of the sort. No leather at all - is poor quality PU leather. Fleece Hoody bought very poor quality. One sleeve pocket has press stud fastenings...but only the top of press stud is present... AVOID THIS COMPANY at all costs!!
Total scam
Total scam , still take your money , don’t buy from these ,
Scam
Scam. Not a shop in Brighton but the money heads its way off to Hong Kong. Doubt we'll ever see the goods or that they'll be of appropriate quality if they ever arrive.
The company aren't UK based
The company isn't UK based. I've had shipping updates, so not a total scam (yet). The last update mentioned 'airport', so who knows which sweatshop my shirts were made in. Not holding out any hope on quality. I hope I'm wrong. It's not looking like Facebook will be looking after their users anytime soon, either.

About time Facebook got its act together, removed these leeches from the site and protected users. As per others, Companies House checked with negative results, Bank informed and asked to recall payment and treat as fraud. Any trash that comes from China or wherever will be refused at the door and sent back to the scrimshankers. And may they rot together...

DO NOT PURCHASE BEEN WAITING 3 WEEKS NOW FOR A JACKET,COMPLETELY MISLED BY THIS SITE AS I THOUGHT I WAS ORDERING FROM A UK SELLER
Scam website
Scam website. 100%
The heart string tugging story about the lady having to close down, the authentic (AI) looking website. Even fake tracking numbers for shop.com tracking. V smart, I’m so annoyed I was caught out by it.
Edit: a jacket did actually arrive, after 3 weeks, but is shocking quality, v poor fit. And no means to return it means I’m stuck with it.

Not worthy of a single star but couldn’t give any less.
Ordered a cashmere sweater, when it eventually arrived, the label says 100% polyester, and it feels like it too.
Do not order from this site.

Contacted my CC company to create a dispute and put a block on the payment. Assuming the money does not go to the seller's account immediately.
Item Delivered !!
As per the other reviews, it was NOT apparent that you were ordering from Hong Kong (However, a check of the shipping information on the site makes it apparent you are importing the item!!) The Robinson Brighton site looks like an upmarket English site. That said, I did get numerous e-mail updates since ordering. The tracking details provided, would appear to have been correct. Item, as ordered turned up, on schedule. Initial examination looks promising. Overall quality appears quite good. Whether the waterproofing claims are true, yet to be confirmed. Zips aren't the best quality.
Don't take a walk on the Wild Side, take a walk on Google Earth.
I suspected this was a scam, so I took a virtual walk around Brighton's shopping areas on Google Earth.
The website is actually registered in…
The website is actually registered in Arizona via GoDaddy! (Check with uwhois)
The fact that nearly all the prices are identical, there's a lack of phone number, or address details, etc.. and alarm bells ought to ring!
Then, use image search from Google to find the products on offer and you'll see things are way, way cheaper on Amazon, for example.
If something seems too good to be true, it probably is, and certainly needs some proper research before rushing in!
