The service me received from Robinsons Bends has been first class. Over the last 6 months we have ordered 2 beds with mattresses, 2 ottomans and a stool which were all hand made. Leonie and Eilidh were great with assisting in design and material choices. I can honestly say the beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept in and the quality is exceptional. We also ordered 4 bedside tables and a large chest of drawers through them from Tomasella. We're due to replace further beds in the near future and Robinsons will be our only port of call.

I bought a bed at the start year from Robinsons the service was excellent especially the delivery team were 5 star they built the bed infront of me and showed me step by step how to take this bed apart for when I was moving a month later and helped me up move a sofa to next room . Would recommend this family run business :)

Over the years, we have bought 3 beds at Robinsons Beds. Each time, our experience has been extremely positive, and this is why we keep going back. We had long chats in the showroom with experts who helped us choose the best bed for us. The quality of their materials is excellent. The deliveries, mounting of the new beds, and collection of the old beds and mattresses was also a very positive experience as Robinsons Bed was relyable, flexible, and accomodating. In addition, the chose in prices, styles, colours, etc. is wide. Finally, this familly business is really friendly; it has been a pleasure dealing with them.

We were absolutely delighted with our new mattress which is very comfortable indeed. Even more so as it came from a family firm and was made in Scotland. The whole experience was smooth from beginning to end. I ordered by phone and spoke to friendly, charming and helpful ladies. I was kept up to date on delivery details and the mattress arrived on time, carefully packaged and delivered by careful delivery men.

Had been looking for a while for a made to measure bed frame for my home, across the UK and Europe. I was drawn back to Robinsons, as my last bed of 11 years from them had a wonderful mattress. So after chatting to the team, Leonie had came out to my home to measure and discuss design ideas. We agreed on a core design, refined and then finalised the design. The bed was then fitted flawlessly by the team and we have ended up with a bedroom of our dreams. So super happy on design, cost, service, quality of mattress and the fitting. Would strongly recommend to use this firm and look beyond the showroom and trust the team.

We ordered a custom-made headboard and frame (super-king size), and the service was exceptional from the start. Our initial consultation was with Eilidh, who guided us through the design process, helping us choose the fabric, colour, legs, and more. This was followed by a home visit from Leonie, who measured the room, collaborated with us to finalise the details, and even offered inspiring suggestions for the rest of the room.

Every person we interacted with was amazing. Communication throughout was clear and seamless. We had to adjust the dates a few times due to delays with our painters and carpets, but the team was incredibly accommodating. Even the bed delivery drivers were polite and careful when bringing the bed into the room.

We are absolutely delighted with the finished bed and are now looking forward to placing orders for our other bedrooms.

I found this wonderful famiky run business after googling ‘large Emperor mattresses’ and they popped up in my search. This was a wonder to us as we were on the hunt for a new good quality mattress.

It felt scary to think of buying this item without actually going somewhere to try it out but after speaking with this wonderful lady who told me how her mum had designed a mattress specially for ‘ladies’ who get hot in bed I was curious. She listened to all my concern/questions and helped us come up with the best choice which was the zip and link mattresses with the topper (made of the same material as the mattresses) aka ‘The Savoy’.

We purchased them both in ‘firm’ and she got it spot on for us. I also purchased a couple of deep mattress protectors which are the perfect fit too.

Everything is made to order and we were lucky and the process including delivery was not a very long wait.

It’s like sleeping on one of the very best hotel beds ever.

These guys know beds!

We didn’t buy our frame from here because we had purchased elsewhere beforehand but next time we wouldn’t hesitate to get both from here.

This a a fantastic family business that hand makes bespoke mattresses at prices to challenge much bigger companies.

If you need to contact them you speak to real people that care about the business (Laurie and Leonie).

The delivery people are great, they took the mattresses upstairs, unwrapped them (with gloves on to protect them) and took away all the packaging.

If you have an emperor or custom length bed you need to give these people a try!

Oh yes and have just had the best nights sleep in ages, blissful!!!!!!
