Amazingly quick and reasonable repair service

Lodged a repair request for our four year old Robo Plus pool cleaner (nicknamed Spartacus) with Robo-Tek after it had met with an accident. This was super-easy to do, and I sent the unit away on Monday, and it was repaired and returned to me (in Canberra) by Friday. The repair cost was much more reasonable than I was expecting too. Just outstanding service from the Robo-Tek team, and Spartacus remains a really effective cleaner even after 4 years of very regular use. Sturdy, reliable, efficient and easy to use.
