To start I’ve never written a review about anything lol..
But I’ve gambled on hundreds of online casinos and I must say Ryan my VIP host and the rest of the team at Robocat have done nothing but exceeded all my expectations.
From 24/7 support, next morning withdrawals, incredible bonuses/weekly cashbacks as well as an extensive list of games to play.

Almost a scam
My experience with RoboCat Casino was extremely frustrating and stressful. I had three withdrawal requests totaling €1,500:
€500 to Bitcoin (submitted on 15.04.2025)
€500 to Revolut (submitted on 16.04.2025)
€500 to Revolut (submitted on 17.04.2025)
Only after more than three weeks of delays, repeated follow-ups, and formal complaints did I finally receive all of my money. Throughout this time, support provided empty reassurances like “your withdrawal will be processed shortly” — without delivering.
Worse, I contacted PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) to verify the casino’s licensing status. They officially confirmed that RoboCat Casino is not licensed or accredited and stated clearly that as of April 30, 2025, the casino is no longer allowed to operate legally in the Philippines.
PAGCOR further informed me that RoboCat Casino has been referred to the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC), the Philippine National Police (PNP), and the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) for proper action.
I also reached out to the Anjouan Gaming Authority, the body under which RoboCat Casino claims to be licensed. Unfortunately, I received no response whatsoever, raising further doubts about the effectiveness of their oversight.
Although I eventually received the full amount, no legitimate casino should make a customer fight this hard for what they’re owed.
Be cautious if you're considering playing at RoboCat Casino. My advice: DO NOT PLAY AT ANY COSTS!

Winning at a casino should be a joyful and positive experience – not the beginning of a lengthy and exhausting battle to receive your rightful payout. Unfortunately, that has been my experience with Robocat Casino.
Even though their withdrawal terms are clearly stated, the process has been unnecessarily complicated. I am still waiting for a significant amount, and currently awaiting a response from their finance department. So far, I’ve encountered delays, poor communication, and vague explanations. This is simply not acceptable. When a casino doesn't even follow its own rules, it creates serious distrust.
Online casinos are a multi-billion industry where, in the long run, most players lose. That’s why, on the rare occasion that you actually win, it should be a smooth and respectful process to receive your payout – not one that costs you time, energy, and frustration.
There are plenty of reputable operators that process large withdrawals the same day. That should be the industry standard. Receiving your own winnings should never be a struggle – it should be a natural and rewarding part of the experience.
I am now waiting for a response again, as they have started looking into the case.

Scam site. I made a deposit of $200. I did not select a bonus so there were no restrictions. I ran that $200 up to 7,500. Attempted to make a withdrawal following their site requirements. Weeks later it still has not been received. Dozens of messages to their chat support and I always got the same answer that I believe was AI generated. The answer was basically we're sorry for the delay you'll get it eventually. Several emails to their support group went unanswered. 100% scam. This company is related to several other sites. Do your homework before making a deposit with them.
