Still not received my order...can't get hold of anyone to find out where it is

I’m so impressed with this company’s customer service. My order ran very late thanks to delays within Royal Mail, but Ernestas was easy to get hold of and quick to action everything he said he would. I would definitely use this company again.

Quick dispatch and kept up to date with emails, well packaged with a free Christmas chocolate included. Unfortunately the email request to review came before the parcel though, so the free delivery option isn’t quick but I know Royal Mail are struggling a lot this year so not really robocube’s fault. Would recommend.

Really great company and would definitely buy from them again. Super helpful with my initial enquiry and a good price compared to other online sites. The product arrived well packaged with a surprise Christmas chocolate included which was so kind and thoughtful! My son is going to love his sphero mini activity kit, can’t wait for Christmas now!

I ordered a first telescope for my granddaughter for Christmas. Robocube acknowledged and dispatched very quickly so I’m happy. I can’t comment on the telescope as it’s for Christmas so I haven’t opened it but it looks nice. I think we’ll have one happy little girl.

Well packed, came in good time, looks fun and even a Christmas chocolate in the box!

Excellent looking product arrived quickly. Only lost 1 star as ever so slightly bashed during delivery... suggest maybe using more bubble wrap!

There was a slight issue with the order, and Robocube called promptly, left a helpful voicemail so that I knew what was going on and I received the product within days. I didn’t have to call back or email - well done! If they hadn’t misplaced the order, I would give 5 stars. Will order again. Ps the marble climber is an awesome parent-child project (mine is 8), really impressive finished marble machine

Bought for my son for Christmas, so we havent opened it. I know he's going to love it and I look forward to helping him build and program it

Bought as a Christmas gift for granddaughter. Ordering was good & parcel arrived swiftly. No complaints on service.

The product is of very good Quality. The courier was very helpful in getting back to me when the wrong colour was delivered. However, none of my emails or voicemails were responded to my yourselves when trying to swap the products. An acknowledgment of emails and voicemails would be a good way forward.

Good service. Product well packed and looks like it is just what I wanted for a young child showing interest in the night sky.

On receiving a faulty telescope, which I had bought as a present for my grandson and then contacting the company to advise them, their response was immediate, with an apology, an explanation and my money returned the same day. They were honest in explaining that unfortunately a batch had a manufacturing defect. Excellent customer service, I would go back to them again.

Excellent customer service, very helpful online assistance and my parcel arrived promptly and well packaged. The product itself has been put away ready for xmas, but I have no doubt that I'll have a very excited son xmas morning!
