Don’t bother buying anything off these…

Don’t bother buying anything off these people very misleading. I ended paying the import charges on a chainsaw. By the time the import changes were added on I could have brought this cheaper in this country and saved myself a 3 week wait.

Buy nothing from this bunch of cowboys

Buy nothing from this bunch of cowboys. I bought a lawnmower, it was sent from Germany with no UK power adaptor plug. They are refusing to send one out as they say it will cost too much for postage.

Not an Authorised Stihl Supplier

With reference to my earlier review, I now have found out that Roboexpert are not an authorised Stihl dealer, the unit that has arrived did not have a electrical garden power cable and I am told by Stihl that this unit will not work in UK. This tantermounts to Theft. Do Not Use.

After reading all the bad reviews I was starting to feel like I'd been diddled. I ordered my Husqvarna hedge trimmer on the 5th May. The company immediately emailed me after placing my order to say they couldn't give me a delivery date and if out of stock in UK it might have to be sent from Germany or Sweden and there was no way of tracking it. Alarm bells started to ring then I found this site and felt sick after reading the reviews. I phoned the London contact office (08003762991) stating my worries. She explaimed they were having a lot of issues with shipping but it was in the process of getting resolved. The lady checked my details on her system and said it was on its way and would be with me by next week. I got a txt today from royal mail to say they had my parcel and it got delivered today. In all honesty I can't really find fault with the company other not giving me a rough delivery date when I made the order.

We bought a swimming pool robot Dolphin E25 (Model 2021). We received email confirmation on 11 April.
We paid £739 include VAT

Today i received a letter from shipment company-Parcel Force and asking to pay VAT again. I paid the VAT when i bought this product. Why they are asking VAT again??? Many emails I sent them. They don’t reply. I couldn’t reach this seller via email or phone 🤯🤷‍♀️
It is very disappointing issue about the company. 1 month already passed. I don’t know how we will receive our order!!!

BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK

This has to be the worst company I have ever had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with

I ordered a stihl robotic mower from them and as they had none in stock in the UK they had to have it sent from Germany. And due to an error in the paperwork by them and then got held up in customs for a month which led to a import duty having to be paid before it would be released. The company would not pay the customs charge and I had to pay the £250 to release the item from customs. It has now been 2 weeks and have not had my money for the import duty refunded.

On top of this when installing the mower there was a fault on it which meant that every time you turned it on it tripped the power to our property.

We are still awaiting the replacement part.

I would strongly advise not to get involved with this company from my personal experience

A week on from posting my review and still awaiting the part that doesn’t work and reimbursement of the import duty that I had to pay to release from customs.

Spoke to them on the phone and they said I had to wait another 14 days for reimbursement......they have to be the worst company ever!!!

Still waiting since 7th March for my…

Still waiting since 7th March for my purchase to arrive, like similar reviews no communication just automated email and the helpline number does not connect. What a bunch of charlatans disgusted that operators like this can appear to get away with it.. payment taken .. good not received = theft!!!

*Warning* Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. The item was not in stock, but wasn't told this at time of order. You cannot to speak to anyone, automated reply only. They never replied to my emails requesting a refund, luckily payed through PayPal so was able to get my money back through them . Check other reviews before ordering.

The would advise against using this…

The would advise against using this company.
After placing the order and money was taken you are sent an email to say the have no control over the courier and the order maybe shipped from German. 5 weeks and still no delivery.
My advice to others is to contact credit card provider to get money back due to unfulfilled order (if paid on credit card)

Beware of this company

Beware of this company. The item was not in stock, but wasn't told this at time of order. Impossible to speak to anyone, automated reply only. Over a month and still no sign of delivery just auto replies. Ckeck other reviews before ordering.

Same experience as everyone else

Same experience as everyone else, also received no help from PayPal who say this German based uk seller with no uk store is not at fault as the goods have been dispatched and are awaiting my customs payment. If not paid the goods will be returned to seller and I will still be charged as seller has meet his legal obligations. This has been an expensive learning experience dealing with two alleged trustworthy companies.

Do not use.

Do not use. Stihl mower still not arrived after 1 month and now no response from emails and phone calls. Same scenario as others re not being told they were based in Germany and now Parcel Force are seeking £67.20 Import Duty which Roboexpert say they will pay but still haven't. Meanwhile the lawn looks like a hay crop. Lesson learned, if it looks cheap, it's likely a con, avoid.

I was very concerned when

I was very concerned when, having ordered and paid under the assumption that the goods would arrive within four working days I received a message to say that they might have to come from Germany or Sweden and would therefore take a lot longer. I therefore e-mailed roboexpress to say that I thought this was dishonest. Their reply was apologetic but unsatisfactory - telling me to track on DHL. The goods did not appear to move for some time but eventually the tracking system said they had left Europe from which I gathered they were somewhere mid-channel. They appeared to be floating around there for several days. In view of other reviews re delays, customs duty etc., I was becoming increasingly alarmed but suddenly tracking showed arrival in UK and a couple of days later, that the goods were out for delivery and would arrive that day which they subsequently did. Total time from order to delivery sixteen days which, allowing for weekends and Easter plus COVID and maybe extra customs formalities due to Brexit is not too bad. The item appears to be as described and working. That being the case my one complaint is that it is very dishonest not to inform customers before taking payment if goods will be coming from outside the UK. I would advise not to buy form this company until this has been clarified.

To be honest

To be honest. All my emails have been answered promptly. When I found out that the delivery was unacceptable as my lawn was crying out for the scarifier I cancelled the order within the 14 days as required. As promised the refund arrived within the 14 working days.

Do note use ... paid 20% VAT on order ... and then had to pay Customs charges! SCAM,

As others have mentioned, a "drop company".

Ordered Stihl Lawnmower 339C ... then got a letter from Parcel Force asking for customs charges of about £80.

Their WebSite states:
"Free Hotline Support" - whatever option chosen (1,2 or 3) recorded message stating "Due to data protection please email". No response to emails asking for custom charges refund ...
Their WebSite states:
"SHIPPING COSTS
Free shipping applies to orders over £50.00. We are responsible for any import and export fees and charges."

Stay away ... buy direct from Stihl

Don't use this company

Ordered a lawnmower via the website which states 4-6 days for delivery. The website shows a UK address but once the order is placed it says this may be shipped from Europe if not in stock in the UK and they have no control over delivery times.

I sent two emails asking about delivery time, go a quick reply both time and was told it was being sent from Germany and would take it will take 14 working days to be delivered. I have sent four emails trying to cancel the order but have not received a reply to any of these. I have rung several times but you cannot speak to anyone.

I suspect they don't have a UK base and everything is shipped from Europe. I have no idea when and if this will turn up. Please avoid this company,

I ordered a Stihl Lawnmower from…

I ordered a Stihl Lawnmower from Roboexpert. The website gave a London address. They have an 0800 number but it is answerphone only asking you to make a query via email. This is when I discovered the company is in Germany. My machine came after about a four week delay. The manual was in Continental European languages only. I would be wary of ordering anything from Europe until problems with new regulations have been sorted.

Same as everyone else, 4 weeks no sign of my parcel (strimmer). Customer service is non existent, phone lines- no answer.
Been told to send the item back the moment it arrives if I want a refund-when that might be is anyone's guess.
