I ordered a robot mower husqvarna in…

I ordered a robot mower husqvarna in March. It was supposed to be delivered in 48h. By June still nothing. They said it was because of covid. Bought directly from Husqvarna and it was delivered in 48h. I cancelled the order in June and now we are in October....still no refund. Again they say its Covid related... seems to me they are going bankrupt. Under no circumstance buy anything from this company

Scum

Lied at every step, ordered an item a month ago and still no sign. There was no stock in the imaginary UK warehouse so it had to come from Germany but don't worry they will pay the import taxes. Chased again and they said unfortunately I would have to pay the taxes and they'd refund them...not likely. Cancelled the order and now they're refusing to give me a refund until the item is back in their German warehouse!!!

Scammers!

Don’t go anywhere near them. I ordered hedge trimmers that were supposed to arrive within 5 days. They did not. When I emailed I was told there were nine in uk warehouse so they would arrive from Holland within 4 weeks and I would pay no duty. That was too late for me so I asked them to cancel the order. It took 2 weeks for them to cancel it and I still have no refund two weeks later. Claiming through PayPal now. These people are scammers

Appalling

Appalling, I purchased a pool robot in June, still waiting for it in Aug. They claim they sent it 29th July, but surprise surprise DHL shows no movement, After many attempts emailing robot expert they said DHL returned the item back to them and now I have to pay to ship it back. I can't speak to anyone at DHL as it the German branch! Absolute waste of space, all you get in standard email responses which keeps going on about having 3 warehouses to ship from. Seems to me they ship no-where. Saga ongoing!

Don’t touch them

Ordered a Stihl battery mower from Roboexpert.uk on 25/03/2021. Seven days! llater it had been shipped via DHL, it then halted its journey in some far flung depot in Germany. Twelve days later, it’s still showing as being there, alone and forgotten in some dark dusty corner of a warehouse in Dorsten. Roboexpert are certainly experts at avoidance. You actually can’t speak to anyone ( quotes data protection on every option on the phone) and they say it’s between me and DHL. But DHL say the contract is with roboexpert and won’t talk to me. Looks like I’ve got to chase my card supplier to get a refund. Service is totally non existent. Avoid this company at all costs.

Where's my Delivery?

A company is only as good as it's last review... Oh the review before me is dreadful as well...
I ordered a robot mower on 16/02/21, and received a notification on 18/02 that it was shipping. Now 0n 01/03 the DHL website is still showing it's last activity on 19/02, and I'm finding it impossible to navigate the DHL website to actually speak to anybody or chase this online.
I have contacted RobotExpert who are said in an email it's nothing to do with them, contact DHL. They are now seemingly ignoring my emails, and their phone line is unanswered.
So this company who is quick to take our money, them now absolve themselves of any responsibility regarding delivery dates; this is a new one for me.
Suggest that you pay a few pounds extra and use a UK company; obviously German companies are no longer interested in selling products to us. There should be an option to select 0 stars. I'll just contact my credit card company for a refund if I don't hear anything in the next couple of days.

Ordered a Robomow RX12u (2020) I emailed them for a delivery date, which they came back to me extremely quickly (2-3 hrs) telling me my pool robot is on its way???? ( I ordered a robot lawnmower lol) and with a tracking number that didn’t work. In there word a “computer error”however the next day I received my Robomow RX12U this wasn’t the new model but the 2017-2018 model!!!!! This may be a mistake but have a guess what? they are now not returning my emails in regards the Robomow not being the 2020 model that I paid for.l look to me like they are trying to pass off old stock and the new revised Robomow. I purchased this a the new 2020 model has fair better feature to the original 2017-18 first edition model Absolutely shocking and false advertising.

Instant love!

I highly recommend buying something so brilliant. I haven't had a second moment of wishing I had never bought this. The experience of having something which frees such a huge amount of my time is fantastic and I wish I had bought one years ago.

A little apprehensive it will last the duration of my old Dyson, but only time will tell. I had always thought my floors were clean until 'Daisy' came along.

It's great!!

I just can't believe how much dirt it can pick up running daily!! Thanks to Roomba I don't have to worry about my babies playing on the floor. I'm sure it's nice and clean and time it saves me I can give to them. The best purchase I made in my life. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Product - Great Service

My life has been transformed with the Roomba 521 - why wouldn't you buy one?!
Service from Robotexpert was great including fast shipping and great communication. I highly recommend them.

New cleaning pet is great!

We are delighted with our Roomba 700. We are delighted that our daily cleaning routine is much easier and our son feels like he has a new pet. Great service from RobotExpert at a great price. Buy one!
