Did my hardest to list the correct parts to be replaced, only to be sent the wrong items I needed. Top piece: broken feet, can’t attach to floor slots, what I needed replaced Bottom piece: what I was sent as a replacement instead

I lost a fairly important piece of a Rokr moved. The folk at Rokr were able to identify the lost piece and send it through to me in New Zealand. Very good service. I can now complete the model.

I made a bad mistake that I needed replacement parts. No problem. Sent the model information and the parts only postage of £4 When in received the replacements one was missing. So contacted the company and it arrived yesterday 2 weeks from contact to door great company and support
