You pay this service for nothing. it’s called “Worry-free” but it has been 30days that i haven’t received my goods and I am very worried.

All I did was worry while waiting for the item to arrive but it never did. 0 updates the whole tracking process and no one actually doing anything to see where my item was. Complete scam
