My son and I loved making the pin ball machine. The directions were easy to follow and the results were amazing. We play with the pin ball machine almost every day. It is so satisfying to make something that actually works.

Love working on these interactive wooden kits
I have done a number of kits by robotime ROKR and they are always just as advertised and they actually work. Packaging is great and you can always track your delivery. I needed to order a small wooden part as I somehow lost it and it was very easy to complete the form and by the next business day got confirmation it would be sent.

This company means so much in my household
What makes my experience great?? Well let's see. Ive ordered over 20 products through the company and I wish I could say somthing has sucked....but no...I cant. From the diy green house to the type writer. Carousel, swing ride, and eiffle tower in between. Theyre all so amazing. I honestly wish I could be a sponsor for the company because every little item I buy. My daughter will own amd cherish when im gone!

Great product & great service!
I discovered ROKR mechanical puzzles this year and I am truly impressed by the product and the company service. The models can be challenging and thought-provoking and they certainly test your problem-solving skills and manual dexterity. I bought the owl clock - my 3rd puzzle - and near the end of the build, I broke one of the metal parts. I thought all was lost because I wouldn't be able to wind up the main spring. However, after checking online, I found detailed instructions on how to obtain replacement parts. Even though it was my fault, the company happily sent me a new part - for free - and only $5 shipping from China to New Zealand! The whole exchange took less than 2 weeks. Super friendly, super efficient, and super fun! I got the owl to work, even though it is a difficult build. Great fun, I'll be buying more.
