WORST online shopping experience I have ever had

I ordered a second hand NS bit from Robyn on the 16/12/25. The 23/12 rolled around and I still hadn’t received a dispatch/shipment notification yet, so I sent her an email kindly stating I understood it was a busy time of year for everyone, however if she could just let me know a timeframe on when I could expect this too be shipped out by …… no response

I then forward this email to a separate email address for Robyn’s tack room on the 24/12 ….. still no response .

The 27/12 rolls around and I leave a comment on her Facebook once again kindly asking her the timeframe and if she could respond to my emails. She then finally responds to me “Thanks for your email. It looks like your package may have gone missing somewhere in the courier system. I will investigate fully on Monday and revert asap” ….. which is interesting because I never got a tracking number, shipment notification etc. anyways I thanked her and waited.

Monday 29/12 rolls around and I have heard nothing back from Robyn, I email her asking how she got on and if she could send me the tracking number therefore I can chase on my end if need be (knowing full well that this has not probably even been shipped in the first place)

It’s now 31/12 and still radio silence, so thankfully I used Afterpay to purchase said bit and decided to put through a dispute for goods not received with evidence from the emails hoping to get some response from Robyn and hopefully to get my bit on its way. This gets sent to the merchant and usually if they have shipped it etc they would send evidence of this to Afterpay and dispute would get settled and hopefully you would receive the product or some response Atleast ….. but no Robyn decides to refund straight up no more than 2 hours after I put through the dispute.

This is the poorest online shopping experience I have EVER had including overseas orders. I could understand if this was a pre order item etc but it was an item supposedly in stock. I would have actually been ok if the item was out of stock and if I had just been notified and offered to either wait or a return straight up after I had put my order through.

It is such a shame as I definitely would have been a repeat customer if this hadn’t of happened. I also believe I’m not the only person this has happened to and that she has done this before with Afterpay etc to get away with it.

I understand this is a busy time of year but with over 8 WORKING days within this period of time (16/12-31/12) there is no excuse as to why this couldn’t have been shipped out. Also no where has she stated she is on holiday etc which also would have been understandable if she had actually COMMUNICATED this .

Awful customer service

Awful customer service! I made an order over 6 weeks ago and still haven’t received the item. Not only that but I have had to email multiple times to try and get an update. I still haven’t received a response to the last email I sent.

horrible customer service - i was ignored for days

i order their boots for a birthday present on the 9th of july. i immediately got a confirmation email saying if i have a specific deadline i should message them as soon as possible. i thought great this is legit. i wrote them back immediately saying i do have a deadline -29th of July. few days pass and no response. by the 14th i started to get worried and sent a second email asking for an estimate on the arrival time. i also found their instagram account and messaged them there. day later i got a reply saying they should arrive in max 10 days but when i asked for some confirmation they ghosted me. and the only reason i got a reply is because i commented on their posts for them to stop ignoring me. on the on the 19 i sent an email saying if they can’t give any information to give me back my money. still no reply but they did manage to post stories and pictures on their instagram so they were clearly active. they sent me back an email saying they have canceled my order. great but once again when i asked for some sort of confirmation i was ghosted. they deleted my comments saying they should answer me and ignored me for the next 3 days. now i got a message i will get my money back so i will about that. moral of the story do not buy anything from them. i had no problem with waiting for a few days more for the boots because i know it takes time to send stuff internationally but the very least a business should do is not ignore its customers.
