I cant find any faults in the service itself. I put the wrong address format on the shipping ingo and I'm battling with the delivery service to get my package but was supposed to arrive Tuesday last week. I am very anxious to receive it and test the product for myself.

Roccakush banned me from their support…
Roccakush banned me from their support service because I dared asking about my lost package. The package has been lost for 3 weeks and according to roccakush this is my fault.
Then they accused me of threatning their support employee because she told her so but she wasn't able to provide evidence... I was able to provide the exchanges I had with Maria showing no insults nor threats but they refused to give me their mail addresss so I could prove them wrong. So to summarize Roccakush ripped me off and their way of apologysing was to accuse me of misbehaving but didn't even bother to look at the evidence. We call that diffamation... What a pleasure to work with Roccakush

your package is not lost, your package is under costum at your destination. After the checking you should get your delivery normally. We have banned you from our chat service because you are raging and pressuring us without understanding that we can just wait till it is checked.
