The service was fast and friendly

The service was fast and friendly. I was able to get most of the signing done up front. The details of the loan were clearly explained. The application was easy to maneuver through. Everyone I spoke to and dealt with throughout this process were knowledgeable and patient.

Rocket makes it possible to buy your first home!

Rocket and the team of people who helped us made everything so easy, even when i didn’t think it was possible! From helping us fix our credit to signing the contract, you all helped us figure everything out. Thank you all so much for helping my husband and I become first time homeowners!!!!

Very frustrating and stressful

I had to keep telling my agent how much I needed back, and everytime I looked at my online account it was a different amount less than what I told him, not the whole amount. My summary was always a different amount on my dashboard/loan summary screen - even different than my closing papers. Every time I chose a closing date it kept changing. I had to keep asking and my agent told me if it wasn't what he told me at closing, to rip up the papers. First of all, there are no "papers", it's electronic. Secondly, it was different and I had to point it out to him that the fees kept changing. Then he proceeded to tell me that it was because of the date I picked/interest, etc. So then he had to open a ticket to get more money. Just everything he said was not correct or very well explained. Then at closing, we couldn't get the link to work, then the camera would come on and then as soon as I would go to the waiting room it would go blank. Wasn't told not to use my computer at work because most work computers have blocking on it. I've used it before for other things without issues. Not sure, but had to wait to get tech support and they had to send another link which wiped out all the documents that I signed at 5am. The closing took longer than it should've because of all of this. The whole experience from start to finish was just stressful. The fact that I couldn't get the exact amount I wanted was strange to me. It had to be less or more. It wasn't an even amount.
