We have used Rocket Hospitality for a few years now to book tickets for Strictly Come Dancing at the O2 in London. The service has always been extremely efficient and the seats have been great.

Matt and his team are beyond efficient. You get the human touch which is wonderful and the response to any queries is so swift which certainly takes stress and worry away. Little company Rocket Hospitality may be, but in my opinion they are up there with any large company, maybe even the personal touch gives them the edge. We have now used the company on three occasions and each time they cannot be faulted. Well done. For a special trip to The Strictly Come Dancing Live Tour show in Birmingham last Saturday I turned again to Rocket Hospitality and Director, Matt Gibson, who laid on a marvellous day for my wife, daughter and daughter-in-law. Dedicated venue entry, a reserved table for Prosecco and a great afternoon tea in comfort and brilliant seats for the show. Job done!
I have used Rocket for several events now, with another coming up imminently. Everything works - booking process, payment, receipt of tickets, extremely prompt response to any query - providing a seamless way of making a special day out absolutely exceptional. I would not hesitate to recommend Rocket Hospitality and Matt to anyone looking for a premium service. I will certainly be booking with them again in the future.

Great experience start to finish! We were very nervous making such an important purchase for our family of 5 coming to London from Atlanta, GA - USA. Matt was amazing to work with, answered all of our questions and made the process seamless. Every single aspect of the process exceeded our expectations. Super smooth process and great access to a wonderful experience at the premium lounge at Tottenham Hotspur

The level of service, professionalism, and ability to provide a phenominal level of service is unrivaled. Nothing was too much. And when we arrived at the PSG Newcastle champions league game I was blown away by the quality of seats and hospitality. I’ve spent years looking for a company who can provide tickets this good, and at a service level so personal and accurate.

Matt Gibson worked with us on obtaining a box for the NFL Jag/Falcons game held at Wembley Stadium. Everything was perfect! We received the yard line location that he said it would be, and the experience was better than expected.

From start to finish, dealing with Rocket Hospitality was fantastic.
I went to them after some tickets at short notice for a group of 7. I could have gone via a ticket exchange but you hear so many horror stories.
Matt the Director interacted with me and sourced vip tickets for a similar price to ticket exchanges.
I was provided a full itinerary, we had full hospitality with great seats, our own butler and drinks.
Rocket Hospitality sent the tickets in good time, updated us with timings of the event and were a pleasure to deal with.
I will definitely be using them for all events going forwards.
